  Update to include Service experience: Knudtsen no longer guarantees a loaner car when you buy a new vehicle as was offer previously with Foothills Mazda. Called to get our 600mi car in for warranty work already and was advised loaners are hard to get. This was a question I asked via email when Knudtsen Mazda Service reached out asking if I had any questions after our purchase and I asked about Loan car policy and was advised they would reach back out to me. I never heard back from them and had to email again in which I never heard from them again. I recently purchased a vehicle from Foothills Mazda and had a very positive experience with the sales team. I had been a little skeptical since the dealership changed ownership, but the experience on the sales side was professional, straightforward, and reassuring. Marcus was polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. If there was something he didn’t immediately know, he took the time to research it and make sure we got accurate information instead of guessing. He was also very prompt with communication and worked around our schedule throughout the day, which made the process much smoother. Dave S was also very polite and helpful while handling the paperwork and made that part of the process simple and stress-free. I have not had the opportunity to use the service department yet, but I’m hopeful the personality and customer-focused experience of the dealership has remained intact after the ownership change. Based on my purchase experience so far, things are moving in a positive direction.

  My husband and I recently purchased a Lincoln Corsair from this dealership and it was the best car shopping experience we’ve ever had! Tarryn was our sales associate and we cannot say enough good things about her! She was very welcoming, genuine and knowledgeable and never once made us feel pressured about anything. Ray assisted us with the financial side and he was also so wonderful! He explained everything very clearly and answered all the questions we had. Thank you so much to everyone who worked with us, you are all so kind! We highly recommended you to everyone!

  I bought my brand new 2025 CX 50 car from Knutson foothills Mazda. They kept it for two months in order to fix a factory defect. Upon returning the car, the interior console looks like something they replaced with a used part. The console cupholder is faded, dirty scratched, and worn. The steering column has not been assembled back together correctly and there is a massive grease stain. Also the car smells musty as though they used it as a dog kennel. The odor is so strong and offending everyone who gets in comments Knutson has refused to acknowledge any of these issues. The service manager, Chris told me to leave, and I would have no further assistance and they would provide no remedy for these issues. He refused to provide me with the general manager‘s contact information or name and told me the nearest Mazda facility is in Montana.

  The crew at Knudsten's sure knows how to take care of a lady! I went from a nervous nelly to a informed buyer, and felt assured through the whole process in finding the car of my dreams. Can't thank you all enough!!

  My daughter and I went to Knudsten Foothills and looked at a Mazda CX5. We were met by the kindest, most honest salesman that I have encountered in a long time.
