  Loved working with Koons Tysons to pick out my new Jeep after a car accident totalled my last one (all is well). Great sales and finance team, very patient and no pressure. They let me test drive everything I showed interest in and helped understand all of the vehicle features to help me make the best decision. I drive away a happy customer in a new 2026 Willys 4-door with the Sky One-Touch top. LOVE IT!!!!

  I had an awesome experience working with Leo while purchasing my Ram Rebel. From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful, transparent, and easy to work with. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, but Leo made the entire process smooth and straightforward.   Excellent service. Johnathan was our salesman and I absolutely recommend him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He went above and beyond for us. The sales manager was great as well. Definitely recommend this dealership!!

  I had an excellent experience with Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and the entire purchasing process was truly seamless from start to finish. Brian Hillerich was outstanding;his communication was consistent, clear, and professional. He always responded to my questions promptly, even toward the very end of the delivery process when I was asking for frequent status updates. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and kept me informed every step of the way. Brian honored every discount and incentive we discussed, including my RAM POP-Up coupon. When I arrived at the dealership, the process was smooth and stress-free. He handed me the key, let me inspect the truck on my own, and then we went back to chat, where he patiently answered all of my vehicle-related questions before moving on to paperwork. The finance manager was also great, very knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent, which made that part of the process easy and comfortable. From walking in to driving out, I was in and out in about two hours, which is impressive for a vehicle purchase. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.   I bought Escalade and sold GLE Coupe (12.30.2025) . 20 business days left still not doing payoff. I’m receiving missing payment from Mercedes Benz financial. Calling to store very aggressive talking with me too. this store staff not working professionally. I hope professional Koons manager will see my review.
