  Wow, what a great experience start to finish. Sandra French was awesome every step of the way. Working with me on my trade in, vehicle options, selecting, and preparing it for drive out. I even forgot a few things on my old jeep and she helped me retrieve those items. I would highly recommend Kramer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Madisonville as your destination for a new vehicle.

  We went to kramer auto in madisonville after I had an unfortunate event with my previous car over the weekend. We worked with Mrs.Sandy and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made purchasing a car so easy and never passed judgement on my situation. She never got mad at my thousands of questions lol. Will definitely recommend kramer auto and Mrs. Sandy. I absolutely love my new jeep.

  I have bought a lot of trucks in my time, this was the best experience I have had at Kramer Dodge, We bought a very nice used Low millage Ram 3500. Mr. Lonnie the General manager bent over backwards to get me a deal that I wanted, Chris and Sandy in the sales team worked really hard to get us a good deal. The finance man was very nice and came out to sit with us and explained everything. fast and very easy experience. We are totally happy with our experience buying from them. Even got a call from manager the next day asking how we liked the truck and was there anything we needed. I highly recommend Kramer Dodge. They have a great team. Thanks again.
