  Service rider is about the stupidest person I ever seen in this world. Brought my truck and air set for a week. Told me wasn't gonna get to it. So I took it home over the weekend, brought it back then. He showed me a stack of papers that were ahead of me. I said, how could that happen? I had an appointment then. He told me it was gonna be $750 if fix a broken bolt. Fi on applies, here'd be the first one I fired.

  I bought my 2020 Silverado from here back in June. It was in immaculate condition and had super low miles. Their asking price was very fair as it was roughly 5-6k below the values I got for it on KBB, True car, and Edmonds. I also thought the 2800 I was given for my 2012 Fusion on trade in was pretty good too, considering the condition it was in. Rob, my salesman, made the process very quick and hassle free. I was expecting a bunch of back and forth mind games, BS addons, etc that you would expect when at a car dealer, but there was none of that here. He was also able to get me a good interest rate with a well known lender, despite my fairly short credit history. If you're in the East, TN area and are looking for an almost brand new used truck with super low miles, I'd go check them out.

  My wife and I wound up not getting the car we test drove but the business deserves a 5 star review because of how well we were treated by the salesman Rob. He wasn’t pushy and showed us exactly what we could afford. He even gave us a price break down on the back of his business card. If we hadn’t found exactly what we We’re looking for in our price range at another dealership, we would’ve purchased from there. If I ever go to buy another car, I will keep them in mind.
