  So I purchased a 2 oil change package last year, went in and had the first one done at the 71k mark. Waited 3 hrs for a scheduled oil change. So I went back 3 days ago 1/30/26. All the folks were nice but did not let me know what they found, so I wandered back to the garage/shed area and saw the tech. He said they had a problem the the drain plug and had to get a new one. Just then the guy pulled up with a new one and showed me the old one. As you can see in the Pic it was messed up. Looks to have had a helicoil installed a gobs of red rtv to try and seal it from their last install. Now I know why it took 3 hrs. They got an oversize plug and must have re tapped the pan. I hope the honor their agreement to replace the pan if it starts leaking again. I will be stopping back in to confirm.

  I brought my vehicle in for two airbag recall repairs and received it back with new interior damage that was not present prior to service. The dashboard trim is now separating, misaligned, and loose around the vents and center panel, clearly indicating improper reinstallation after removal. Not pictured is the entire top dashboard panel, which is also lifting. This level of workmanship on a safety-related repair is unacceptable. I entrusted this dealership to perform recall work correctly and return my vehicle in proper condition, and that did not happen. I have already reported this to the Sales Manager, who advised it is being escalated to the General Manager. I expect a prompt resolution, including full repair of all dashboard damage at no cost to me, within 5 business days. If this matter is not resolved within that timeframe, I will escalate to the manufacturer’s corporate office, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and submit a report to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), as this involves recall-related service.

  I first came to LaBelle two years ago and bought a Grand Cherokee from Miguel. That experience was so good that when my other truck was totaled just a month after buying it (from another dealer), I knew exactly where to go. Miguel is the man! He stepped up for my second deal at LaBelle and got me into a new RAM 1500 with a better price and a better interest rate than I had on the original truck. I also have to give a massive shout-out to Susie. She wasn’t even the one selling me the car, but she was at the desk next to Miguel and was just incredibly cool to talk to—she’s a total vibe and deserves the recognition. Miguel and Susie are freaking rockstars! If you want to be treated right, go to LaBelle.

  This has to be the worst dealership to deal with! Do not recommend. Came with a trade in and a pre-approval. Took all the information, ran both credits was closing the deal and another rep sold the truck. Went back tried to work on another truck less than 24 hours later. Wanted to run credits again, got almost to the finish line and yet again another salesman sold the second truck. During this had multiple sales people email, text, and multiple "managers" text. Not one of them were on the same page as the last. Save yourself, your credit, and your time and shop somewhere else. Dodge should be ashamed of having this place up and running.
