  Started the day dropping my 2020 Dodge RAM 1500 in for service, mentioned I was thinking about a lease and received a call later from Mitch. I described what I wanted and if they were able to pay off the truck, then let's talk. Mitch found the perfect 2026 RAM according to everything I described to him, took care of all needs getting the old truck paid off, and everything completed over the phone which was extremely convenient as I was on my way to the airport for a work trip. Returned 3 days later to get the truck. Keys were ready and he even helped clean out my old truck handing me my possessions. Easy and personable. Mitch is the guy to work with!

  Autumn at LaFontaine Automotive Group gave me the absolute best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. She spent over 8 hours with me helping me find the perfect car for my needs and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process so easy. When I finally found the exact vehicle I wanted, it wasn’t even at her location. Instead of settling, Autumn went above and beyond and had the car brought to the dealership the very next business day and we finished the deal. She then made sure it was fully detailed and then delivered it my house. That level of customer service is rare, and it meant so much to me. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her customers and will go the extra mile, Autumn is the person to see. I will absolutely never go anywhere else for a vehicle again!

  I worked Jamie Moody over at Lafontaine Lincoln dealership. I had my heart set on a very specific 2026 Dodge Ram 1500 and knowing he could do work between any of the Lafontaine dealerships, he exceeded my expectations with coming through with EXACTLY what I was wanting! I am beyond blown away with how seamless and easy getting my new vehicle was. He made the car buying experience an enjoyable and comforting one. He even had my windows tinted right at the dealership - which I didn’t even know I could do!
