  Lagers of Mankato gave me one of the most emotional vehicle buying experiences I’ve ever had — and I mean that in the best way possible. Trading in my 2015 Jeep JKUR was honestly one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. That Jeep had carried me through some of the biggest adventures and hardest seasons of my life, and saying goodbye to it was incredibly emotional. I cried signing the papers because it felt like closing a huge chapter of my life. But fate had other plans when I found my 2023 JLUR “Purple Reign” with the 2.0L turbo. 💜🚙 Dan and Ashley were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They were patient, understanding, kind, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured during such an emotional trade. They truly understood that this wasn’t just a vehicle to me — it was part of my story. The dealership experience itself was smooth, welcoming, and supportive from start to finish. Even though letting go of my old Jeep was difficult, they helped make the transition into a new chapter feel exciting again. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and compassion they showed during the process, and I’ll always remember how they helped turn a really hard day into the beginning of a new adventure.

  Have always trusted lagers and their service department! Had our 23 jeep go in for a cracked radiator.. they got it in 2 days befor the diagnostic appointment... verified it was a cracked radiator. Warranty covered it... was told new radiator was a week and a half out had a call within 5 days saying it's done! I verified everything looked good! Thanks again guys top notch service department! Very professional!

  Very disappointed with there services shop. I have extended warranty on my vehicle. I called them and asked if I could get in to be looked at they said it would be 2 weeks or more before they could look at it understand that. But I asked if I could go to a different shop the person told me yes so I did. Well to find out I paid $110 on a diagnostics. As they went through the warranty well they found out the work has to be done at a Chrysler dealership. No happy because that a hundred dollars i didn't need to spend. Id would hope your shop manager should know that. Thank you for screwing me over. Not also mention i had to pay two tow fees also one for $92 and another one for $165 dollars.

  Have to share what an amazing experience I’ve had with Lager’s of Mankato (service department). I purchased a vehicle less than a month prior in St. Cloud that unknowingly had some serious hybrid battery issues. Upon walk in, Lager’s attempted everything to diagnose the issue. After consulting with an outside team and throwing some ideas around, my vehicle was working perfectly. The technicians were nothing short of understanding and extremely helpful the entire time.

  I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over my life and lagers really came through. We had a lot of struggling with the Warranty as I’m from a different dealership and Seth really helped out. He was extremely professional and just a genuine guy, I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team
