  I went online just browsing and requested info on a certain vehicle. I was contacted right away by a Sales Manager and he put me in touch with Catherine who is one of the sales members. Catherine has been the best vehicle sales person I’ve ever had to deal with. She’s straight forward and to the point. Gets the job done but always with a smile. I bought a used vehicle and expressed some concerns about some things before and after the purchase. Anytime I contacted her she got right to work. Fixed all the issues without hesitation free of charge and was always the friendliest. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Not to mention the process was smooth, fast and easy.   We bought two vehicles from them I highly recommend them. Our experience was so great. The process was easy and smooth. Also if you want a great sales man that helps you through everything I highly recommend Fernando. We will definitely be back to work with him don’t think we will go to anyone else but him. He’s great.

  Jake was my salesperson and did an amazing job. We went with intentions of just looking and no hopes of leaving with a vehicle due to credit. But with the awesome help we were given, Jake was able to help us get GREAT truck and make sure that we were 100% satisfied with everything. Everywhere we went we were denied, but with the awesome staff at Lake City CDJR we were able to finally get approved. Thank you guys so much!!!

  Called Jerry and set to show me a used truck Saturday morning, when I got there he informed me that one was sold Friday, but he had another one i might be interested in , we walked out to the back lot and he showed me a nice 17 ram, I told him I really liked it but wasn't looking for a 4x4 really. He went to get the keys while I looked it over and under. I test drove it while we talked about the other trucks on the lot in my price range, the were newer but high mileage was my issue, we got back to the dealership and started talking price and down payment trying to keep in my payment price range. We went back inside and started the process, talked with finance manager and ended up getting the deal made. I didn't feel pressured. It was a great experience with the dealership! Thanks Jerry for your assistance with my deal and personally delivering it to my home!
