  Buying my 2024 Blazer EV from Lake Ford/Chevy was honestly one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Michael Myers really listened to what was important to me and didn’t try to push me into something that wasn’t right. I had specific things I wanted, and he took the time to find exactly what I was looking for. I was also able to submit the credit app from home which truely helped me since I was out of town last week. This helped me eliminate extra time hanging around the dealership. When it came time for finance Mac made the paperwork part way less stressful than I expected. The whole process felt easy, low pressure, and I can tell Michael genuinely cares about his customers. He gave me a complete overview of all of the features and ensure it was full detailed when I picked it up. The after sales follow-up and support has been amazing. I previously had a VW ev so the charge features worked a bit different. I absolutely love my Blazer EV and would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a new vehicle!”

  We purchased our 2024 certified f150 from Lake Ford. Our salesmen Anthony Potts was awesome to work with. Quick and easy, no games. The sales manager Christian Meiselwitz was great, the truck had a small chip in windshield. He ensured that Lake Ford would replace the entire windshield for us. Anthony in finance was also great. Had a great experience and will continue to do business with Lake Ford.

  Well, I usually don’t write reviews not very good at them, but I felt compelled to do this. I was once a customer of Ewald Ford. I am no longer because of their poor workmanship. The wife and I will be retiring soon and we wanted to get a larger vehicle to tow a camper trailer. So we thought we go to Lake Ford since she bought her escape from there about four years ago. It’s a 2018 Ford escape titanium which was mechanically taken care of and every year we had it detailed every spring And it only had 50,000 miles on it. It was in Excellent condition.This is the vehicle we were going to use as a trade-in. So I looked on their website and found a 2022 Ford Explorer ST, which had plenty of power to do what we need to do. So I set up an appointment for a test drive. And of course I liked it. The only thing I saw was a a cracked windshield which they said they will replace. And the window sticker said that the vehicle was fully inspected. So we bought it and we bought a Ford warranty, which wasn’t cheap. So the morning that I was going to take it in for the windshield, I noticed the scratches on the rear window and when I opened the door, I noticed the rust and peeling paint on the seam of the inside driver’s side door by the door latch(Photos provided). And then I opened up the sunroof, and the wind deflector was packed with dirt and bugs, and it seemed to be flapping in the wind,so I cleaned it up and it looked like some clips came off the steel rod going across it, which held it in so I fixed that it took 10 minutes. So when I took it in to get the windshield replaced, I told the lady at the front desk of the body shop what I have found and to take note of it, and she said after I get the loaner car to see if the salesman was in and let him know which I did His response was we don’t sell cars like that so I felt ok Something‘s going to be done about it. Of course he had to go to a higher management and he said the rust on the door seem Ford doesn’t cover it because it
