  I don’t know where to begin! My husband and I have driven Infiniti vehicles for years. And as always, the customer service is first class. I had a nail in my tire and was able to get in at that moment to repair my tire. While waiting, I walked the showroom floor and saw the 2027 QX65. I told myself that I’m just browsing because I had the QX55 and it was beautiful! The most friendly salesman, Mike, walked up to my husband and I and just started talking to us. He then walked us outside to the other QX65’s on the lot and when I saw the deep emerald green, it was love at first sight! Mike stayed in touch and I tried to ignore his text messages but when he text sent that last text, I had to respond. And I’m so glad I did! I traded in my QX55 for the 2027 QX65 Autograph Edition. This vehicle is beyond AMAZING!! And I cannot thank Mike and the crew at LN Infiniti enough for all they did for me. Go see Mike, I promise he will take good care of you like he did for me.

  Congratulations to Lake Norman Infiniti for being an award winning dealership. These people deserve it. Clean dealership. Nice people. Handle business. Get it done fast. I was impressed with my experience with this dealership. If anyone is looking to purchase a new vehicle, go here & ask for Michael Hardy. He is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I appreciate how he took care of me. Then I noticed all of his awards & said to myself this man is the truth. Awards speak for themselves. The finance department was great too. This was a fast, easy, straight forward, no stress deal. By far the smoothest purchase ever. Go to Lake Norman Infiniti & get Mike Hardy if you need an auto, he will get you in & out fast.   Amazing staff great team they have it together over there. We bought a used car from them for our daughter and the experience was just great from the financing to talking about the car to actually going to test drive it. They were fantastic and the dealership is amazing. Definitely recommend.

  My sales associate, Mike, was amazing. I live in Tennessee and bought my car from Lake Norman. He ensured that the price and payment were in my range, handled shipping, and dealt with my license plate issues. I rate him a 5/5 but the dealership as a whole would be a 5/5 if it weren’t for the key issue. I bought an electric car and it came when it was delivered with only one key fob. The dealership would not get me a second key which was disappointing. Any car I have bought before (Carmax and other dealers) they would ensure you have a second key or would get one made for you. The dealership would not facilitate getting me a second key and is not going to cover charges for a second key; therefore, I still only have one key for my vehicle that only had 7k miles and was only 9 months old. Other than this, it was amazing all around. Definitely see Mike to get your car!

  Outstanding experience at Infiniti Lake Norman! Sam and Micheal were absolutely fantastic and made the entire car-buying process smooth, easy, and enjoyable from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. They were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely comfortable every step of the way. This was hands-down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Infiniti Lake Norman, especially Sam and Micheal, to anyone looking for top-notch service and a stress-free car purchase!
