  Matthew was amazing! When you go to buy a car you always want to get the best deals. Not only did we get a great deal but we really felt that Matthew cared and took care of us! I highly recommend working with this dealership for any of your car needs! If I find myself in need of another car or any family and friends in need this will be the place to go! Thanks again Matthew and Hercules for making it possible to get my very first brand new car!! It’s the perfect wedding gift!

  03JUN2026: I am a Veteran that bought a used 2013 Jeep Patriot about a month ago. I had an inspection done prior and was told the throttle body could use a replacement, but otherwise no issues reported. Yesterday I brought it into Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for another inspection and estimate on the throttle body replacement. I was quoted $1100 for a $45 part and 30min labor process. I decided to order the part myself. As I am driving off the lot, my AC is not working. Had no issues in a month, always blowing extremely cold. I was told there was now a leak that was not reported by Lakeland Chrysler during the inspection and my freon was completely empty. I raised this as a concern and was told I was going to have to pay another $125 just to refill freon that was not empty upon dropoff. I would not recommend this establishments service as I am highly skeptical on the condition my vehicle was returned to me Update (04JUN2026): The verbally reported leak and empty freon was incorrect. I have still not received a written inspection report stating where the leak is or that the freon was empty. Original dealership has provided two written reports, May and 04JUN2026 showing no leaks, no radiator or compressor issues, and freon levels normal. Will provide updates as I get them.

  Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (33809) charged me for repairs that I have serious reasons to question. They claimed they replaced my A/C compressor, but the compressor still has the same paint mark that I personally put on it before taking the vehicle in. Based on what I observed, it appears that the compressor was never replaced. They also claimed they performed an A/C system flush in about 30 minutes, even though this procedure typically takes much longer. My vehicle remained at the dealership for seven days, yet it stayed parked in the same spot for most of that time. When I asked the service manager to show me the old compressor that was supposedly replaced, was told it had already been thrown away and was no longer available. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the repair work and billing practices. It is disappointing to see customers—especially senior citizens and people who may not have mechanical knowledge—placed in situations where they have to trust what they are told. Sometimes the problem can be something much simpler, such as a blown fuse or a software update, yet expensive repairs are recommended. The customer service I received was poor and hostile when I questioned the work that had been performed. My advice is to always ask for your old parts back and get a second opinion before approving expensive repairs or purchasing extended warranties. Please do your research before taking your vehicle here.

  I've been searching and found the 2024 Jeep Compass Limited meeting all my criterias at Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Billy Belardo was an absolute amazing Salesman and recommended for an easy and painless purchase. Then Joel in Financing was just as amazing. My experience at LCDJR was top notch and recommended!!

  Zero-Star Experience at Lakeland Ram – Avoid This Service Department If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Lakeland Ram’s service department was a complete failure in every category that matters: communication, accountability, and technical competence. I brought in my 2026 RAM RHO with two unresolved issues: • The Assist button has never worked for outbound calls. • A persistent dashboard error: “Warning Light Illumination Unavailable, Service Required.” These problems began at 600 miles and continued through 1,500 miles. After Winter Haven Ram falsely claimed to fix the issue, I turned to Lakeland Ram hoping for better. What I got instead was three days of wasted time, eight unanswered calls, multiple disconnects, and zero follow-up. No one even looked at my vehicle until the third day. The service advisor had no clue what was going on and never called back. I left a message with the Service Manager—no response. Even RAM Customer Care contacted them to authorize a loaner and request an update. Still, nothing. After all that, I was told the technician “couldn’t find the issue.” Yet the moment I got back into my vehicle, the same error was still there. The Assist button still didn’t work. Nothing had been resolved. This was not just poor service—it was a complete breakdown in customer care. Lakeland Ram’s service department is disorganized, unresponsive, and clearly unqualified to handle technical issues. I’m now forced to search for a dealership that actually values its customers and employs technicians who know what they’re doing. RAM should be embarrassed to have this dealership representing its brand. I will be sharing this experience across every available platform to warn others and demand better from RAM and its dealer network.
