  Michele Jones, you are the best, you made mine and Jeff experience awesome for the 4 dealership we had went to in the last two days. You already became family over night, not to add Darrion Allison. One big happy experience, a champ in meeting us at our worst. Darrion, thank you for making us better in some many ways.   I had an outstanding experience at Lakeland Toyota purchasing my new Toyota Sienna. Troy DeMan was amazing to work with. He was incredibly efficient with the appraisal of my car and was able to get me above market value for my trade. He helped me find the right vehicle and made sure the payment worked comfortably for me and my family. He was personable, kind, detailed, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Samuel Moncada in finance was equally wonderful. He was efficient, clear, and patient in explaining everything, which made the final steps of the process simple and stress-free. Both Troy and Samuel made this a truly positive experience. I am so grateful for their help and highly recommend Lakeland Toyota.

  We were greeted by Milton upon arrival. Once inside the dealership, we also met Emmanuel. Both are bilingual, were not pushy, were very helpful and worked with my dad's budget to find a vehicle. Jim in finance was also very cordial and professional. We walked in looking for a car for my dad and left with a car also. Thank

  THIS PLACE IS LIKE NO OTHER. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR YOU MUST COME HERE FIRST!!!!❤️ My salesperson Daniela (pictured on the left), was warm and welcoming, and took the time to listen to what I needed and get me something affordable. Sales Consultant Elio and Clive the Manager worked tirelessly to make the numbers work and I left yesterday with my new 2026 Toyota Corolla paying a monthly priceI could live with and treated like a VIP all the way.!! I'm a new forever customer ❤️❤️❤️
