  Darryl Cruel is the BEST sales person..ever! He is trustworthy & honest. There is no "sales" pressure not even from the finance personnel. Everyone wants to do what they can for you. Darryl made sure my newly purchased vehicle was completely checked over. I have never felt more confident & comfortable from purchasing a vehicle.

  I stopped by the dealership to get my wheels balanced on my Range Rover. Ended up walking out with a brand new lovely Range Rover Sport. The bells and whistles on this newer model is night and day to my 2019 version. And Darryl Cruel? Let me tell you, the best sales expert I have EVER had in my 52 years of car buying. Hands down the smoothest experience. What I didn’t tell Darryl was that this was my first time purchasing a car myself since my husband’s passing four years ago. Ladies, you will be in great hands with Darryl. He had my back the entire way. My husband would be most grateful. In fact the whole team was just outstanding. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. You should be proud of yourselves.

  Purchased a certified 2024 RR SV from Darryl Cruel, who is one of the salesman at the dealership. We purchased sight un seen, which is our fault for sure, but since it was certified through them, we had more confidence. The day we received the vehicle, the brakes were squeaking, which Darryl even informed us about with a text that reads" car just needs to be driven, as it's been sitting for a while". After having the same issue last for weeks, we took to our local Land Rover dealership, who said it needs new rotors and brakes. Long story short, This dealership can't be trusted obviously. They also had the opportunity to correct the issue, which they obviously declined to do. I would absolutely stay clear of Darryl, who is close to the most un professional salesperson we have dealt with to date.
