  Looking for exceptional service? Visit Land Rover Novi and ask for Cary. The quality of service, the attention to detail, the endless care and concern is remarkable. The was a small issue with my original appt and Cary went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and rescheduled. It's service like Carys that will keep me coming back to Novi.

  Very disappointed with my experience here. I paid $288 for a diagnostic on my Range Rover and was told the vehicle was not repairable. I trusted the professional opinion I was given, but after getting a second opinion, another mechanic was able to repair the vehicle for $1,550. I reached out to discuss this and request a resolution, but I have not received a response. I expected better communication and a more accurate diagnosis from a shop specializing in these vehicles. I hope someone from management reaches out to address this situation.

  When I was in service I met this wonderful soul named Charmaine, who was absolutely a delight to be around!! I immediately changed my attitude the moment I started talking to her, and now I’m hoping something goes wrong with my car again JUST so I can be around her positivity!! Give that woman a raise!!!
