  Purchased a 2023 Range Rover LWB. I was already sold on this particular vehicle and did all my research before even coming to the dealership. Also Navy Federal did my financing with no money down, which was great and easy. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. When purchasing a vehicle with a price tag exceeding $105,000, I expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process. I specifically requested a particular service (ceramic coating) and was fully prepared to pay for it. However, I was later told that the ceramic coating was being provided “free of charge,” when in reality it appears that the finance manager simply failed to include it in the paperwork. Presenting it as though I was receiving something complimentary, rather than acknowledging that it had been omitted, felt misleading and, quite frankly, insulting. I don’t appreciate being treated as though I wouldn’t recognize the difference. This experience has left me frustrated because it feels like I was being given an explanation that was intended to cover up an oversight rather than simply admitting a mistake. Had someone been upfront and said the service was accidentally left off the contract, I would have appreciated the honesty. Instead, I was given an explanation that did not make sense and only eroded my confidence in the process. I expect the level of service and integrity that should accompany a purchase of this magnitude.

  I bought my 22’ WRX from the Jaguar dealership back in January, and couldn't be happier. The salesman i worked with was Neal, and he was great. Hes a super chill guy, and very professional. He made the process smooth and easy. 👍🏼

  Kristy Kennedy at Land Rover Raleigh helped me find the perfect Defender and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Barry Carpenter, Tyler Paxson, and Wesley Kohler were also fantastic to work with. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted. Great customer service from start to finish. If you’re looking for a Land Rover, this is the team to see. Highly recommend.

  We had a great experience with this dealership, especially considering that we needed a lot of communication and patience for our situation. We were moving cross-country and needed to purchase a car the same day we purchased our house, and with so many moving parts, the flexibility and hospitality we were shown here was a huge relief during an already-hectic day! Claude was our salesperson and he was fantastic—he stayed in contact with us from months prior when we had started just looking at cars and weren’t even in the area yet. He was thorough and communicative, and best of all, he was friendly and easy to connect with. He and his team helped make our decision easy, and they showed a ton of integrity throughout the whole process. We never felt any stereotypical dealership pressure, and we’re very happy with our vehicle!

  Cody Koenig was my advisor when I brought in my car for its annual service. He is AMAZING!!!! Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very meticulous. He not only explained everything to me in a thorough manner but provided me with a checklist for the future to see when services are recommended based on mileage or years of the car and then specified it to my car and my driving habits. He made sure my car was sparkling clean inside and out when I picked it up and even went so far as to guide me on next service items without breaking the bank! His professionalism and kindness was so appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend him and the service team at Landrover Raleigh- even the service technician, Jeff was excellent. In his video he sent he went through the entire inspection of my car and made recommendations specifically based on my car that did not cost me anything. All in all- a fantastic service experience!
