  Cory and the guys at Land Rover of Reno are the best in town. 0 pressure and very accommodating to our wants and needs. We have purchased 3 vehicles from LR of Reno and every time the vehicle and service exceed our expectations! Thanks guys for always finding the car we want!

  I purchased a 2018 F Type R convertible from Reno JLR (still Jaguar at the time). It was far and away the smoothest transaction I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I made an offer over the phone, the gentleman said "Great, come pick up your car", I wired the funds and went to pick up the car. I spent about 10 in the dealership before leaving with the vehicle, and I still love the car. So much so in fact, I have since purchased 2 Land Rovers and 2 additional Jaguars. Reno LR (Jaguar is no longer sold there, but they still provide parts and service) didn't have the vehicles I was looking for at the time, so the other vehicles were purchased from JLR Marin and JLR Cerritos. Fast forward to my most recent purchase, a 2025 Defender purchased at Cerritos JLR. Within a week of the purchase, the small cover in the bumper over the threaded portion where I would insert the tow eye fell off. I took the vehicle to Reno LR, for what I assumed would be a hassle-free part replacement. Instead, the parts manager Eddie Nelson told me it looked like the cover had been pried off, and it would not be covered under warranty. I saw no evidence of this prying, but I intended to put tow eyes on the car which would require the removal of the covers anyway. So despite being aggravated, I said whatever and left. Fast forward roughly one month, and while driving down the road a trim piece on the back of the passenger side door behind the window (picture attached) came loose. It didn't fall off, but stuck out perpendicular to the window. I stopped, removed the part, and finished my drive home. I called LR Reno, and the person with whom I spoke said he would order the part. I do not know his name. Roughly three weeks later (today), I go to the parts department to speak with Mr. Nelson again. He was on the telephone when I walked to the counter. He did not acknowledge my existence, and simply continued his conversation for the next 3-5 minutes. Not even a finger up to indicate "just a mome

  John Land was the best sales person I have ever worked with. His professional and eagerness to get me into a vehicle was very overwhelming.   Best experience I've ever had in my life of 45yrs with any car dealership I've ever had any dealings with. They are very down to earth professional and understanding people helping you at a time when it's very stressful in life and you need your car to work or a new one that works even better. These guys definitely make it better and really want what best fits for your life.. Very reliable and dependable as well .Trustworthy.. ! That matters if not the most but above all things when your dealing with any dealership. Also I was so shocked and satisfied at the same time.. Great guys , Great Cars, and Great company is all i have to say! P.S. Thanks Chris and Chris's team in the service department! Your awesome!

  I’m so happy with the service I get from Land Rover, I have a 2016 Jaguar XJ, and James really helped me through the whole experience while getting my vehicle serviced. He answered my questions even on his lunch and vacation, I truly appreciate the dedication and results. My car is running better than the day I bought her, and I feel so much safer. I’m very thankful for you making this affordable and less stressful.
