  Absolutely abysmal customer service from this outfit’s service department. I called to make an appointment to fix a Land Rover, described the issue, and waited for a call back. Tim, the service manager, called back. He recommended having the car towed to the dealership. When asked when the car could be repaired, he answered that it would be the end of July. (This happened on June 3). I asked why a one year old car would need to be towed and then couldn’t be repaired for nearly two months. He provided a litany of excuses such as he didn’t have enough mechanics, some of his staff had to under go mandatory training, and that he had numerous cars on the lot that had been sitting there for several weeks without being seen yet. He asked me (!) how he was supposed to determine which cars should be seen first and explained in a not terribly friendly way that everyone wanted their car to be seen first. He then suggested that I call the Ventura Dealership. I did, and they took the car on the same day and had it repaired the following day. If you want a service department that will keep your car for weeks without being looked at and to hear the reasons why your year old $100,000 car can’t be fixed for two months, this is the place for you! If you want helpful, friendly and prompt service, this isn’t your place; go to Ventura.

  Very welcoming dealership with a nice ambience great cup of coffee soon as they figure out how to serve Debbie’s delights instead of regular donuts, it’ll be heaven Seriously, a vehicle is only good as the service you can get and this dealership is welcoming and gets the job done

  Service was as expected. The sales man was nice, welcoming and nonjudgmental. That was refreshing i am Mexican and i have come to the fact i will always be judged whenever i enter a heavily populated European American city even in dealership. That said the slaws man that approached us was nice and welcoming, open to all questions/concerns i had. Yes we ended up driving off with a new car

  Huge thanks to Cynthia Morales, Nick and Darouny for an extremely efficient and professional transaction with Land Rover SB. While I was buying a pre-owned Range Rover Sport, they made me feel as if it were a brand new car purchase and delivery. Their customer service is world-class and the experience from show room to back office was easy and painless. I highly recommend Land Rover SB for new or used Land Rover purchase!

Justin was awesome to work with .His hard work , knowledge and great customer service made this an absolutely great experience for our family.
