  We went on a lot the day before we actually purchased and got to look at it from the outside started to rain but since I had been online and looked at the vehicle and priced out or trade Robert reached out that same evening and set me up a time with Joe my salesman for the next day.   Jim Huggins was very friendly,Professional, and was very understanding in knowing what I wanted all the way down to the price range I wanted to stay in. The young man in F&I was amazing as well he helped where he could to accommodate my financial goals. I know the warranty was very expensive but buying a used car I hope it solves all my problems and issues if I have any without a lot of hassle. My wife loves the car so far. I give the overall dealership a 10 for cleanliness and very organized with inventory. It would be a great pleasure to do business with your dealership again in the future.   Christian was the BEST from my first random phone call because we had not ever owned a Range Rover to the delivery of the vehicle. He was very accommodating and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. He wasn’t pushy and found exactly what we were looking for! We love our new vehicle and highly recommend Land Rover in Shreveport and Christian to anyone!!!

  Land Rover Shreveport is by far the best dealership I’ve experienced. They are timely, professional and Mary-Katherine is top notch! She keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout its services, always works with my schedule and goes above and beyond. I’m impressed!

  Service person was polite at best (and im being very nice to say that). Only got 2 stars because I like the Range Rover! Service is poor...every time. I was lied to, to my face about repairs that were critical with a 4k price attached. My other mechanic shop completed the tracking of the problem that was told to me that needs to be repaired, and found no issue whatsoever. That the problem Land Rover service department tried to get me to pay 4k to have repaired was nonexistent. Completely untrustworthy service department. I have the documents necessary to prove the lying by the Land Rover service advisor and the documentation of the other shop showing absolutely nothing wrong with the said repair that she tried to get me to pay 4k to repair. Absolutely ridiculous behavior!
