  The team at Land Rover Tulsa is truly committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. From the ease of scheduling an appointment to accommodating our later-than-planned vehicle drop-off, every part of the process was handled professionally and courteously. They serviced both of our vehicles and had them completed exactly when promised. We drove away feeling confident that our vehicles had been well cared for. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. The sales team was especially warm and helpful, with absolutely no high-pressure tactics. We would definitely return for future service. The experience was well worth the drive from Northwest Arkansas.

  As always wonderful customer service! Very knowledgeable and explained everything about my first service on my Sport. This is my second range rover from this dealership and i am as pleased with them now as the first time. Always treated well, remember your name and call you by name. I will continue to do business with this dealership without hesitation for years to come.

  I flew in from Dallas to buy a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Defender 110 Carpathian Edition from this dealership. It was a mistake. The CARFAX showed a minor incident. My salesperson, John Chapel, swore up and down it was a golf ball that hit the hood. I took him at his word. I drove the truck 250 miles home, stopped for gas, and found two dents on the front fender. Not a golf ball. Not the hood. Not disclosed. On a vehicle they certified. Pricing: I agreed to $81,000 by text and phone. John called me and told me to come close the deal. When the paperwork hit the desk it said $81,999. My money was already wired and my financing was already approved through Chase. I was ready to walk out. Finance office: I told Daniel six times that I did not want the extended warranty. After the sixth no, he turned rude. The moment the paperwork was signed and they realized I was unhappy, everyone got friendly again and asked me to leave a five-star survey “so we can get paid.” Here is my honest survey. When I called the GM about the undisclosed damage, the offer was to send someone to my house in Dallas to fix it. That is not a remedy on an $82,000 vehicle that was sold to me under a false description of its damage history. Buy elsewhere.

  John Chapel was great to deal with when purchasing my wife a new Defender. He made the long distance purchase super easy and was able to get it done in time to for Valentines day.
