We had an outstanding experience purchasing our Land Rover Defender from Land Rover Tulsa, and we can’t say enough great things about our salesman, John Chapel. We live in Louisville and purchased our Defender from Tulsa, and I can confidently say distance should not be a deterrent. John made the entire out-of-state process smooth, transparent, and stress free. His communication was excellent, and he handled every detail with professionalism and care. One of the things that really stood out was the willingness to arrange pick up from the airport, which made everything incredibly convenient and welcoming. It’s those little things that truly elevate the experience and show they value their customers. The Defender exceeded our expectations, and the buying experience was just as impressive. If you’re considering purchasing from Land Rover Tulsa, don’t let geography stop you. Ask for John Chapel, you’ll be in great hands. We would absolutely do it this way again!

Hands down the best customer services I have experienced in my entire life. Car was towed there, they had great communication over the phone, via text and & email. They were fine with leaving my car there 2+ weeks while they figured out what was wrong with it, they gave me the right suggestions and everything. The price was fair and the work they did was amazing. 10/10 best experience, will definitely come here again even if it is 2+ hours away from where I live!!

The customer service is excellent at Land Rover of Tulsa. We have established a great partnership with Corey. He is always available and very engaged when we have our vehicles serviced or repaired. We truly appreciate him. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind.

My recent service with the Tulsa JLR Service Department exceeded our expectations. My service advisor, Corey, was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. The repair process involved frequent communication and transparent pricing, which was very fair for a specialized Land Rover repair. The repair was completed efficiently, and I had my car back, running perfectly. The facility itself is actually a pleasure to visit due to the convenient location and professional customer service. Corey arranged for us to drive a loaner vehicle, which I enjoyed driving. I truly feel valued as a customer and have complete confidence in their work. I highly recommend this service department and dealership!
