We had an outstanding experience purchasing our Land Rover Defender from Land Rover Tulsa, and we can’t say enough great things about our salesman, John Chapel. We live in Louisville and purchased our Defender from Tulsa, and I can confidently say distance should not be a deterrent. John made the entire out-of-state process smooth, transparent, and stress free. His communication was excellent, and he handled every detail with professionalism and care. One of the things that really stood out was the willingness to arrange pick up from the airport, which made everything incredibly convenient and welcoming. Hands down the best customer services I have experienced in my entire life. Car was towed there, they had great communication over the phone, via text and & email. They were fine with leaving my car there 2+ weeks while they figured out what was wrong with it, they gave me the right suggestions and everything.
