  I bought my Atlas from this location about 4 months ago and Desiree and Zach and the financial officer were amazing . Usually I hate the entire process of purchasing but they made every step seamless and professional. My next purchase will definitely be from this location . Well worth the drive out to pick a vehicle.

  I worked with Tyler and he was a great sales rep. I ran into a few issues when I was back in the business office to sign papers, due to the gentleman being newer. However, Tyler took my issues, and personally saw to it that everything was resolved to my level of satisfaction. He kept an open line of communication and kept me updated constantly. I definitely recommend asking for Tyler!

  My name is Marvin, and I am a U.S. service member stationed in Tennessee. I recently purchased a vehicle from Mike Bingham, the Sales Manager at Landers North. While my initial interactions with Mike were professional, things quickly took a turn for the worse. I requested that my current license plate be transferred to my new truck. Instead of issuing a temporary drive-out tag, Mike simply removed my old tag and screwed it onto the new vehicle before sending me on my way. I also asked that the truck be registered in Hamilton County, TN—my home of record since entering military service in 2007. Despite this, Mike and his staff submitted the registration to Lauderdale County. Two months passed without receiving a tag in the mail. When I contacted the DMV, they informed me that the paperwork had been returned to Landers North weeks earlier. I called Mike several times; each time, he promised to follow up the next morning but never did. I also reached out to other sales staff and members of management, but none of my calls were returned. When I finally spoke with Mike again, he claimed he had tried to call me. I asked whether he had left a voicemail or sent a follow-up email, and he replied, “That is not my job.” I had previously explained to him that I do not receive cell service in the building where I work. Mike then attempted to forward my paperwork to the bank instead of the DMV. I reminded him again that it needed to go to the Hamilton County DMV. He insisted I wasn’t allowed to register my vehicle there, so I provided him with the relevant legal references: Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 55-4-120 and 67-6-303(a)(1). To this day, I am still working with the Hamilton County DMV to get my vehicle properly registered. I have requested a call from upper management, but no one has reached out. Please steer clear of this dealership!

  Misty in the service department is extremely helpful. She is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Glad we purchased our car here. I cannot recommend the service department and especially Misty enough.
