  Im redacting my prior review because this company does not deserve even 1 star. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 with 48,000 miles on it. All i asked was for a reliable vehicle they pointed me to this truck. Was told the truck was inspected before i left and 5 days later i find out they sold me a truck with a cracked radiator. Inspection obviously was not performed and theres no way landers had no idea that the problem existed. Then get told that they would reach out to the sales manager to see if i could get some help on this. Never even responded back or reached out to see if everything was good. Currently just bought a new radiator and am now out of pocket $500. This company reaps what it sows. 100% would never purchase a vehicle from any Landers dealership again in my lifetime and id suggest others thinking about purchasing a vehicle from here should definitely not waste their time. $37k financed for a truck that i immediately had to work on. Bad business.

  I was repeatedly discouraged from bringing my Dodge in for service, both over the phone and in person, due to a stated lack of technicians and other claimed limitations. Considering this is one of the largest dealerships in the area, that was surprising and disappointing. The most frustrating part was their unwillingness to honor or even meaningfully consider a radio defect that had already been diagnosed by another certified Dodge dealership. Rather than building on an existing professional diagnosis, they insisted on restarting the entire troubleshooting process—at my expense—before addressing the known issue. I chose Landers solely because it was much more convenient to my home than the dealership near my workplace in Millington. Unfortunately, that convenience was overshadowed by an experience that felt more focused on generating another diagnostic charge than resolving an already identified problem. ($60 fix that takes less than an hour to do ..radio) Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service department. I expected better communication, better customer service, and greater cooperation between certified dealerships representing the same manufacturer. Instead of viewing this as an opportunity to earn a long-term customer and strengthen confidence in the Dodge brand, they created unnecessary division between dealerships and placed the burden back on the customer. That's not how lasting customer relationships are built, and in my opinion, it's simply poor business practice.

  I leave this review for the salesmen. We were casually looking at cars today. I was approached by Dylan and was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, personality and sense of humor. He let us know of some great deals and cars. We were also approached by Rod he was very knowledgeable with a great personality as well. We left with lots of information. I would definitely recommend Landers Dodge to all my friends. Thank you, see you soon.
