  I made an appointment for scheduled maintenance and oil change. The dealership provided a shuttle to take me home while the work was being done. The driver was very personable and kind. The mechanic sent me a video link to describe the results of the inspection and maintenance, as well as a cost estimate. This is a very nice feature. All in all, a hassle free, pleasant engagement with Lee Nissan.

  I had a nice visit. I arrived 15 minutes early and I had a short wait. The tech kept me up to date on the progress of my appointment. Everything was checked in my car, and I received a picture of the under side of my car. Everyone was friendly and personable. They even washed my car before giving it back to me. I will definitely go to them again.

  While vacationing on Bailey Island, Maine, we had a minor accident. Lee Nissan scheduled us for repair quickly and took care of the repairs within a few days. We spent less than an hour having the repairs done. All of the personnel that we dealt with were professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Lee Nissan if asked.
