a month agoI experienced an issue starting my vehicle because my key fob stopped working. I called yesterday and spoke with Marlon in the Parts Department, who was able to quickly order a replacement key that I received today. Kyle in the Service Department was able to get me scheduled earlier than expected, and my vehicle was ready by noon. He also graciously offered to pick me up from my workplace, which I greatly appreciated since I had no transportation back to the dealership. I am extremely grateful to both Marlon and Kyle for their outstanding customer service and assistance. I was very stressed and worried when my key stopped working, so it was a huge relief to learn that the issue was resolved quickly and wasn't anything more serious. Thank you both for going above and beyond to help me.

3 months ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Thank You for Making It Right I cannot say enough good things about Legacy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially Larkin Hinson and Tab Colby. After purchasing a vehicle from Florence Toyota and immediately running into serious issues that were not properly addressed, we were left frustrated and without real help. That’s when we reached out to Legacy—and I’m so glad we did. From the very beginning, Larkin and Tab were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. They got us in quickly, properly diagnosed the issue, and treated the situation with the urgency it deserved. We were even told that it was a good thing we brought the vehicle in when we did, as it could have caused major engine damage if left unaddressed. What stood out the most was the difference in customer service. Unlike our experience elsewhere, they listened, communicated clearly, and treated us with respect. There was no runaround, no dismissive attitude—just honest, knowledgeable service. After dealing with such a disappointing situation at another dealership, this experience truly restored our faith in how a service department should operate. If you want a team that is trustworthy, professional, and actually stands behind their work, I highly recommend Legacy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram—especially Larkin and Tab. We are incredibly grateful for their help.

5 months agoBEWARE OF CONSUMER FRAUD!! The fact that this truck is still online posted at 38k is asinine. My husband made an appointment to see this truck this morning drove all the way from North Carolina just for the person to immediately say that it’s 60k with out even logging into a computer goes to show that they are willing to post vehicles at false prices to try to either scam you into paying double or buying something by else knowingly. The dealership even reached out to schedule and confirm appointment and even discussed the truck and no one realized they were misrepresenting their merchandise? But the guy who opened the door this morning knew the moment it was mentioned that was the truck he was there to look at with out even getting on a computer. This is illegal bait and switch and falls under the protection of South Carolina unfair trade practices act which we will be pursuing. I have all the screen shots and documentation

a month agoTHINK BEFORE YOU BUY CAR HERE!! BEWARE OF CONSUMER FRAUD!! ON JULY 19TH 2026 I BOUGHT A CHRYSLER PACAFICA 2026 VAN FROM THIS PLACE(Legacy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ). I DID A DEAL AND CONTRACT WITH SALESMEN FOR $52,500 AND ON 0% INTEREST FOR 60 MONTHS. I WAS SO HAPPY AND EXICTED TO BUY NEW CAR, BUT I DID NOT KNOW THIS IS GONNA TURN INTO NIGHTMARE. WHEN I WAS SIGNING THE PAPERS THEY NEVER TOLD ME THEY HAVE CHANGE THE NUMBERS. AND IT WAS CLOSING TIME FOR THEM SO THEY WERE RUSHING. ON SECOND DAY I NOTICE WHEN I WAS SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS TO MY CAR INSURANCE COMPANY. THAT THEYHAVE CHANGE CAR PRICE FROM $52,500 TO $57,700 AND INTEREST TO 8.08% FOR 84 MONTHS. SO I TOOK THE NEW CAR WENT TO DELERSHIP AND TALK TO MANAGER (CONNIE DAVIS) TO TAKE CAR BACK OR CHANGE THE NUMBER TO $52,500 WITH 0% FOR 60 MONTHS, BUT HE WAS SO RUDE AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE. SO I TALKED TO SALESMEN(JAILAN BASS) HE HELPED ME AND TOLD ME TO TALK TO GENRAL MANAGER. SO I EXPLAIN THE GENERAL MANAGER AND EVEN SALESMEN TOLD HIM THAT I DID CONTRACT FOR $52,500 WITH 0% FOR 60 MONTHS, EVEN SALESMEN DID NOT KNOW WHY AND HOW THEY CHANGE THE NUMBERS. SO GENERAL MANAGER(MR.BRIDGE) TOLD ME TO COME NEXT DAY, SO I WENT THERE NEXT DAY THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR 4 HRS AND HE IS TELLING ME THEY TRYING TO CONTACT LOAN COMPANY, NO SOLUTION, AGAIN HE TOLD ME TO COME NEXT DAY, MADE ME WAIT 4 TO 5 HRS, HE TOLD ME AGAIN COME NEXT DAY, SO I WENT THERE 5 DAYS AND THEY MADE ME WAIT AND THEY DID NOT FIND ANY SOLUTION. I WENT THERE ON MAY 20,21,22,23, 24 & 25TH WAS HOLIDAY SO I WENT ON 26TH, BUT NO SOLUTION. I WASTED MY 5 DAYS OF WORK. SO I CONTACT THE LOAN COMPANY TO CANCLE MY LOAN BUT THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T CANCLE UNTILL THE GENERAL MANAGER APPROVE. IT'S BEEN A MONTH STILL NO SOLUTION. ALSO PLEASE MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY A NEW CAR THEY DONT GIVE FIRST SERVICE(OIL CHANGE) FREE. THEY TOLD ME NO FIRST SERVICE FREE.

5 months agoWe are new to the Florence, SC area and needed to find a dealership to diagnose our 2026 truck, which is still under factory warranty as well as an extended warranty. We have purchased four vehicles in the last year and a half from our longtime dealership in Mississippi, so we understand the value of a strong customer relationship. I have worked for auctions and dealerships (automotive and trucking), my father was a mechanic, and my husband is a diesel mechanic — we are very familiar with how service departments typically operate. We brought our truck in on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. diagnostic appointment because it was running hot. While there, they completed a recall that had originally been scheduled for that Friday. After approximately five hours, we were told they found a coolant leak and would need to order a part, which was expected the next day. A return appointment was scheduled two days later at 9:00 a.m. to repair the leak. On the day of the repair appointment, my husband dropped the truck off at 7:30 a.m. He spoke with a service employee who clearly understood why the truck was there. He also requested an oil change while the truck was in their care. At 1:30 p.m., my husband called for an update. The dealership began giving him information about a different vehicle that had previously been serviced there. He clarified that our truck was there for a coolant leak repair. He was told they would check with the technician and call him back. No return call was received. At 3:00 p.m., I called and spoke with Abby in the Service Department. She stated they were finishing the recall. I informed her the recall had already been completed two days prior and that the truck was there for the coolant leak repair. She said she would check with the technician and call me back. I specifically asked that she return the call, as we had already not received one earlier. She informed me the technician would be there until 5:30 p.m. and advised us to be there to pic
