  I purchased a beautiful 2021 GMC Canyon Denali from Lehmer's Concord Buick GMC, and the entire experience was outstanding, especially considering I was coming from out of town! Gerard in sales was fantastic: knowledgeable, straightforward, and made sure everything was exactly as advertised. He worked with me exclusively over the phone and the process felt smooth. Chris in finance was equally impressive, he handled everything efficiently and got me on the road quickly to drive my new (to me) truck back home without any delays. The team took great care of me from start to finish, speeding things up thoughtfully while keeping everything transparent and professional. The Canyon is in perfect condition, and I'm thrilled with the purchase. Highly recommend Lehmer's Concord Buick GMC. Ask for Gerard and Chris! You won't be disappointed.

  Top notch dealership! I found the car I loved at the price I wanted. Bryan was awesome to work with, Jonathan was very accommodating and offered top dollar for my trade-in. This is my second time buying a car from this GMC dealer, the first car I purchased from Concord GMC was for my mom.

  I stopped in earlier this week to see their inventory. I was greeted by Ervin who I quickly bonded with as he was easy to talk with and wasn’t high pressure. As we moved from test ride to talking numbers EVERYONE at the dealership took fabulous care of me and in just a few hours I was headed home in my new Yukon. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  I’ve been fortunate enough to have been dealing with Lehmers GMC in Concord Ca for over 40 years now. Ervin was extremely knowledgeable as my salesman and never once pressured me to enter into a contract. He answered all of my questions without wasting my time. Johnathan allowed me to step into his office to discuss the financial criteria I was seeking which was a welcoming change from the usual going back and forth that most dealerships use as an offer and counter offer technique. Johnathan patiently listened which resulted in the new truck I am driving today. Chris who was in charge of presenting the paperwork. He was professional and insured that I understood all of the documents I was asked to sign. These three men are great at their jobs and I thank them for their help.

  Drove 3.5 hours to pick up my purchase from this dealership. 5 stars for the service I received. Dealer was willing to negotiate price over phone/text, and did not once try to pressure me for dealer addons. Great experience would recommend.
