  Adam made my car buying experience swift and simple. He was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. As a current Honda owner, transitioning to Acura felt easy and natural, and Adam’s understanding of both brands gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. His knowledge and reassurance confirmed that the ADX A-Spec Advance was the right car for me. I really appreciated how smooth he made the entire experience and would definitely recommend working with him.

  I had a very pleasant experience at Leith Acura of Cary yesterday with my 2010 Acura MDX. My service advisor, Kylea Durizch, was extremely helpful and honest. She gave me clear advice that saved me from doing expensive repairs that wouldn't have made much difference for the minor oil‑seal seepage on my 16‑year‑old car with 157K miles. I really appreciated her honesty and the time she took to explain everything. The service technician, George, performed a thorough inspection and provided both a detailed report and a video walkthrough. He pointed out what was good and what needed attention, and thankfully the car only required an oil and filter change. They even washed and cleaned the car inside and out, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this service center for their professionalism, transparency, and customer care.

  Service experience: Kylea was wonderful in checking me in, explaining everything that would be done, answering my questions and even verified the time it would take for the system update. She put me in a loaner that was comparable to my own car after verifying service would take longer than expected. That was very much appreciated. A+++ customer service! The only recommendation I would like to give is to be more clear when the vehicle is ready for pickup. I received an emailed invoice stating the vehicle was almost ready and that my service advisor would reach out when it was ready but never received anything saying that it was ready to pick up. After calling the next day, I was able to confirm that it was ready and when I arrived, my vehicle was already pulled up and waiting for me. I believe the advisor that checked me out was Amy, she also provided great service and made sure I was clear on any questions I had. Thanks for a great experience!

  Adam did a great job of helping me get my Acura MDX Type S. Exactly what I was looking for. He never pushed and always promptly answered my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process as well as patient. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him! Great job Adam! Thanks again! 5 stars!⭐️

  What a Great team to work with. From the Service department, that takes time to listen, and get your car fixed and back to you. To go back to buy a car. Josh was the best. He was a great help in answering questions, and comparing the different cars, what to look for. He was a fantastic salesman. He was not pushy or made you feel you were holding him up. Clif was the finance side. What a great team. Thanks you guys, you made a stressful day to be better than what we expected.
