“A huge shout-out and thank you to Tyler for helping my daughter and me find her first car! I came in knowing only the price range I wanted to stay within and the mileage I was looking for. Tyler was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. To make things even more complicated, I unexpectedly had to start shopping for a car for myself after my vehicle was totaled in an accident. As a result, I was constantly switching between looking at cars for my daughter and cars for myself. Tyler never missed a beat. He patiently showed us numerous options, encouraged us to test drive anything that interested us, and never seemed annoyed when I ruled out a vehicle. Instead, he would simply say, “I’ll find you and your daughter the right car. I just want to make people happy.” Over the 2–3 weeks of my car search, Tyler stayed in touch through text messages, keeping me updated on new arrivals and vehicles he thought might be a good fit. At one point, the dealership had a car brought in from another location. When that deal fell through at the last minute, due to mechanical issues the dealer was completely transparent about, Tyler saw how disappointed my daughter was and, even after work hours, walked the lot with us again to help find another option.
