  My experience with Wendell Jeep was exceptional. Their sales manager Tony called me back and answered all of my questions, scheduled an appointment for me and helped make my new vehicle purchase an easy process. It was definitely worth the drive. Paul was great! He helped me move from a cute SUV to as he said “a more sophisticated SUV” If you’re looking for a jeep model vehicle -check them out - ask for Paul you will be glad you did!

  Wonderful customer service! Charles is our service advisor and he is always A++++ with answering all of our questions and providing top notch service. We usually take the shuttle home which is a wonderful service that I hope will always be in place because you meet wonderful people who work for the company like today Sharon was our shuttle driver and let me say not only did she make us feel welcome in picking us up from the lobby but the entire ride we felt like we were talking to an old friend or family member. Stellar customer service Sharon they are truly blessed to have you representing them!

  I had an amazing experience at Auto Park East Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top tier.   We took our 2021 Dodge Ram truck to have the DEF system repaired. After a few days and $2,400 we were told the truck was ready. We made it a few miles down the road and the truck again was going into "limp" mode due to the DEF system. We carried the truck back to the dealership. After a few days they tell us they cannot fix the problem or don't know what the problem is. We declined any further work from them. We go to pick the truck up and they charge us another $300 for labor and diagnostic fees. After paying over $2,700 we still have the same problem. Please find yourself a competent diesel mechanic or different dealership before spending any money here.
