  Had a great experience working with Tyler Hudson at Leith Chrysler Jeep in Raleigh. Tyler was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. This was a major repair on my truck, and he made sure I stayed informed every step of the way, which really gave me peace of mind. The entire team did a fantastic job coordinating the work and keeping things moving efficiently. Communication was consistent, clear, and timely something that really stands out when dealing with larger repairs. You can tell they take pride in their work and in taking care of their customers. Highly recommend Tyler and the team at Leith Chrysler Jeep if you’re looking for quality service and a smooth, well managed repair experience.

  Review is somewhat lengthy but you won’t regret reading all the way through! I want to apologize first of all for not doing this before now. So much going on. Also, I wanted to get all my thoughts together because this last Thursday through Saturday, I had such an extraordinary experience that I will never forget. So, let me start off last Monday or Tuesday! I saw a truck I was interested in and texted the number provided on the website. I believe it was the next day, I got a call from Emily the salesperson. We talked about having me to go check the truck out and even a test drive. We made an appointment for Thursday. So, Thursday came and I went to Leith to check out the truck. Emily was such an excellent and phenomenal salesperson, saleswoman. She never pressured me to get anything although I will say I was already determined to probably get that truck. As the deal was being worked on, she kept updating me on how the process was going. I didn’t expect getting anything Thursday but it happened. Emily is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She truly cares about her customers. Emily went out of her way to make sure that I had the best experience in getting what I wanted. Thank you, Emily!!! So much!!! I also want to add that the other salespeople at Leith were very friendly with me! Even though I didn’t work with them, they all treated me with respect! Also, give shout out to Eddie! He was also very professional and cared about giving me options about the financial side of things. He also never pressured me to get anything that was unnecessary! Thank you, Eddie as well!!!! So much!!! Lastly, I wanted to say that the service department was also very friendly and helpful! I had an issue with the truck and between Emily and the service department I was able to get my truck back. Thank you service department, especially Tyler! So, I highly recommend going to Leith for any Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler for anything you’re looking for. I rate Leith a “10” not a “5”! Here’

  This is our third vehicle from Leith Jeep. Awesome, no pressure sales. Bob is very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Edward had all our financial, registration and insurance documents ready and accurate. He had us in and out of there quickly. Maintenance department is great too.

  I recommend this dealership and if you are looking for a salesperson I would tell you to see Tim Short as he provides no pressure sales and on the test drive it seemed like two friends enjoying a leisurely ride. He went far and beyond to seek out the Jeep I was looking for and made sure all my questions were answered. I couldn’t recommend Tim or this dealership enough! Go buy yourself a Jeep!!

  Tim was very friendly and helpful. Tyrone definitely quoted me his best deal after some negotiation of course. I shopped dealers in the Raleigh/Durham area. They couldn’t even match the deal we worked out. I like most consumers, I shop around for the best price. This is my second new Jeep purchase from Leith.
