  Started using Leithe Toyota for service in 2019 then Leithe Honda since 2020 after I bought a Honda Fit from them. The communication from the service team is proactive and much appreciated. I get frequent status updates from my tech throughout the repair which is much nicer than just waiting and wondering. Prices seem reasonable and competitive. I often shop for repair estimates before coming in so I’m aware of the price ranges from local shops. The only exception I’ve found was with things that cabin air filters that are ridiculously marked up. Sometimes there’s a wait difficulties a few days to get an appointment but they have a smoothly operated system that pushes a lot of repairs through efficiently so once I’m on the schedule everything goes fine. I’ve had all of my repair and maintenance done here and have no plans to change unless I have a bad experience. The waiting area/lobby is pretty nice. Plenty of chairs, free coffee/tea/popcorn and a couple of vending machines for soda and snacks. Decent WiFi, desk space for laptops and lots of comfortable chairs. Plus a few tables and chairs outside for fresh air and sunshine (or a smoke for those inclined). I’ve noticed no negative impacts since Holman acquired Leithe a year or so ago. My wish list would be that they’d wash my car at the end of every service appointment. My old Toyota dealer used to do this and it was a nice added bonus. I’d even pay for it.

  I had a great experience at Leigh Honda in Raleigh. Porter Good, our sales consultant, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in the car and buying process. He answered every question I had with ease. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good car and service to go to this location. I am so happy with my new vehicle and that my car buying experience went as smooth as it did.

  I usually take my car to Southpoint Honda in Durham. I've always driven the Honda accord different generations most of my adult life. After having a negative experience I decided to give this location a try. The only positive thing I can say is the service advisor was friendly. The rest of my experience was not so desirable. There were extra fees, upcharges, and taxes on my invoice that could not be explained. I purchased a key jacket for my key fob that was taxed. I purchased what I thought was a battery for my key fob that apparently did not land in my key fob because it does not work. I paid $12.24 plus another tax added from the same department total $13.13. So my question is where's the battery for my key fob that I purchased? A total for an oil change that was quoted over the phone for $85.00 came out to be $114.00. I cannot recommend this location.

  We had an excellent experience at Leith Honda. The manager, Jacky, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made us feel welcome and took the time to answer all of our questions with confidence and expertise. Our salesperson, Basha Ali, was outstanding as well. He was attentive, patient, and made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the excellent customer service provided by both Jacky and Basha Ali. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.   Recently bought a 2026 Honda Passport. Very smooth process. I couldn’t have asked for a better transaction. Mike Hudson is, hands down, the best sales associate I’ve worked with through all my vehicle purchase experiences. Very friendly, honest, and professional - no pressure or hassle like I’ve experienced elsewhere. As an out of state buyer, he ensured all of my paperwork was in order for my home state and answered all my questions with patience. Also, the finance manager Jay was really great to work with. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, I know I got a great vehicle at a great price and also received fair value on my trade-in. Couldn’t have asked to work with a better team than Mike and Jay. I’ll definitely make a return visit next time I need a vehicle.
