  I made a "cold call" to your dealership on Thursday morning about test driving a Defender. I was connected with Neal Harrigan. From start to finish, he was very helpful and patient. He allowed me plenty of time to look at all of my choices, explained the different features of each SUV and offered to locate a Defender if I wanted something that was not already on the lot.... specifically, a certain color. No pressure... just helped me make an informed decision. I did not plan on purchasing a SUV that day, but because of the way Neal handled the transaction, I did purchase a 2026 Defender. He is an asset to your company, and I am a happy with my purchase. Also, Sebastian Diaz-Polanco helped me with all the paperwork and the terms of my lease. Very knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. Another great asset to your company. I have been a long-term Lexus customer, but I now feel like based on my experience with Land Rover, this is where I will be doing business in the future. 10 out of 10 experience.

  I purchased a car this weekend and had the pleasure of working with Kristi. She was AMAZING! The entire team was outstanding. From the minute she shook my hand and welcomed me in, it was a great experience. Kristi is the utmost professional. She had deep knowledge of the cars I viewed and made the experience enjoyable.   Multi-point inspection report is misleading. I requested a state inspection and 50k mile service. Report gave impression that I needed to replace tires, brakes, wipers and other items that could cause an inspection to fail. In actuality, my vehicle passed inspection and the repair recommendations were Land Rover recommendations. They don’t show the typical red, green and yellow color zones for repair items and did not provide my state inspection report. In addition, they provided the repair recommendations after they had already completed the service milestone work. That was very poor communication. They also said that two items required diagnostics. There is a separate diagnostic fee for each item and it doesn’t get applied to the repair cost for the item. I opted not to do any of their recommended repairs or diagnostics because I already had to pay for the milestone service estimated at $1500. Now that I know how they present information, I will proceed cautiously.
