  I had a great experience with Carl Banks at Lieth Lincoln. I had seen a Nautilus and was very intrigued and decided to go test drive one while the employee pricing was in effect. I was very impressed with the Nautilus and Carl was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the features of the vehicle. I ended up trading in my car that I still loved, and am thrilled to be a first time Lincoln owner. Very happy with everyone I encountered at Lieth Lincoln right down to financing. I’ve only had my Nautilus a few days but I love it more every time I drive it!

Before making this decision, my husband and I went far beyond casual research. Over several months we spent countless hours studying the full size SUV market. That meant watching numerous vehicle review videos, reading detailed comparisons online, analyzing features, and physically test driving nearly every serious contender we could find. During that process we evaluated vehicles including the GMC Yukon, Chevrolet Tahoe, Ford Expedition, Land Rover, Infiniti QX80, Mercedes, and Lexus. Some of these fall into the luxury category while others compete in the premium full size SUV segment, but we wanted to fully understand the market before making a decision.   I recently brought my Lincoln Nautilus to Leith Lincoln in Raleigh for service, and I had an outstanding experience. Sabre was my service advisor, and they were an absolute delight to work with. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. They kept me informed throughout the entire service process, providing timely updates and making sure I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. Great communication can make all the difference, and Sabre exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to receive customer service that’s both knowledgeable and personable.   I highly recommend Mr Bob Lusk for any and all of your buying of vehicles. He accommodated us with finding exactly what we were looking for and a true professional experience.
