  The vibe of LEITH VW Cary is friendly, welcoming and very down to earth. I came in to consider selling them my vehicle for their used car selection. Alex made the initial car inquiring about my vehicle and it was his call that made me consider coming in for an appraisal. (I’m so glad I did!) My first connection was in meeting Jonathan outside - he greeted me with a sincere smile and warm demeanor. He took care of the test drive. His company was very enjoyable and his personality made our time enjoyable. Prince, the finance manager made the entire process super easy. His commitment to transparency and ease made the transaction easy to do. The sales manager, Gaser made an offer that was fair and made it easy for me to accept with confidence. The entire staff was engaging. The music made the time on their dealership enjoyable. Every detail they made feel important. They took every opportunity to over deliver.   Taylor was amazing to work with! He helped us through every step of buying our daughter’s first car and made the whole experience very comfortable and stress free. He took the time to explain all the features to her and made sure she understood everything about the car. His patience, kindness, and professionalism really stood out. He made her first car buying experience memorable. We are very grateful for his help and highly recommend him!

  Daniel was excellent and extremely professional/personable. Had to stop by without an appointment due to an emergency circumstance and upcoming trip, and he continued to work over the course of 7 hours to fight to get the warranty processed with what I had purchased with the car previously. Had everything fixed within a days time. Leo did a excellent job as explaining every issue and had a super thorough video summary of the inspection. The whole staff is fantastic and works extremely hard to make sure customers stay satisfied and informed, and I have yet to have a bad experience at Leith Cary over the last 3 years.

  I had a great experience purchasing a used VW from this dealership. The car I wanted was originally not available, but Devon Betty called me back to let me know that it was in fact available. I traveled from out of town and Devon was available at the scheduled appointment time, was very patient with me as I meticulously checked out the vehicle, and was not overly pushy on dealer extras. I got a fantastic CPO car at a great price. He even called me later that day to make sure I got home safe. Now THAT is quality service!

  I've been going to this location for 4 years for regular vehicle maintenance. I like how everyone is very nice and helpful, and how they try to work with you. Today I had a great customer experience with Tony in the service department. He really took the time to explain everything that was being checked with my vehicle before and after the appointment. He noted the life expectancy of the inspected/replaced parts and what to expect for future appointments. He was also upfront with costs in a respectful way that was solely advice driven. Truly exceptional service. Thank you to Tony and the Leith VW Team!
