  Daniel and Summer made my car-buying experience easy and completely stress free. Even though I walked in 30 minutes before closing, they were incredibly accommodating and never made me feel rushed. The Jetta I purchased was an amazing deal and is in perfect condition! I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the outstanding service from everyone at Leith VW.   I’ve gone to the service department twice and the sales department once since moving to NC in August. The service is impeccable! I’ve had an amazing experience both time. The communication is great, prices are reasonable, and my car was fixed the same day both times that I had it in! They’ve always answered any and all questions with full transparency and I appreciate it so much. This team deserves full respect and patience and I hope they get it from each and every client. Will definitely be coming here for any and all purchases/services.

  We bought a 2024 Taos last month. It had an electrical issue within 24 hours. They took it back, gave me a loaner vehicle, fixed the issue for free, and my wife and I are happy. Thanks to Eddie and Jason. This is my third time dealing with a Leith dealership and all have been good experiences.

  I’ve bought over 50 cars in my life, and this was hands down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I had originally worked out a deal with the previous owner of a Land Cruiser, but he ended up trading it in. He felt bad about it and gave me Ryan’s number at the dealership. Ryan told me to come in Monday morning and that he’d do what he could. He and his manager, Hunter, honored the price I had already agreed on with the previous owner, even though they easily could’ve asked more. No games, no pressure, no surprise fees. the whole process incredibly easy. We had the deal wrapped up in about two minutes, and I was in and out of the dealership, paperwork and all, in roughly 15 minutes. If every dealership operated like this, people wouldn’t dread buying cars. Huge thanks to Ryan and Hunter.
