  We had a great experience when my son bought a truck from them. We live 2hrs away. Ken was our salesman and he was great. He helped answer all our questions about the truck before we made the drive. The sales manager went about and beyond to make our experience a good one. Thank you guys.

  I recently purchased a used vehicle at Lenoir City CDJR and was very impressed with the attention and service. My Sales advisor, Ethan Estenoz, was very open and honest about the vehicle I was interested in. He went over just about all aspects of the vehicle and I felt Ethan was working for me, not just to get another sale. The final negotiated price was fair, not pressured, and worked for both parties. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly, took time to answer my questions, and made my experience there very relaxed, not your typical dealer vibe. Ethan Estenoz followed up with me several time during the purchase process and I think, went out of his way to make sure that all of my expectations about the vehicle were met. When its time for another vehicle, I'll be back!
