  I’ve been buying cars for 38 years and this was the best experience by far. The cadillac we bought was reasonably priced and they added a free 36k/36M extended warranty for free and then added a $250 gift card as we were walking out the door. It’s the only car I’ve ever bought on a handshake and a personal check. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive. This is our new dealership for future vehicle purchases! 5 stars for sure!

  Easiest car buying experience. I never felt pressured or hurried as I found me perfect vehicle! Was presented good options based on my wants. Isaiah did a great job! Justin in finance made the signing so easy. I purchased the 4Runner and felt not suprises! Thank you @LewisChrysler

  It’s crazy how this one began. Chad Fett (Lewis Ford sales associate) stopped by my husband, Jared's office while handling some Hill Electric business just as Jared was picking up the phone to call him. Chad called him back less than an hour later, telling Jared he had a vehicle in mind. It was the perfect fit and the rest is history! Chad is a trusted friend. We have volunteered at church with him for years and we can always count on him to be reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly. There's zero pressure. From the trade in process, to the test drive, to the financing, it all runs smoothly with the buyer being in charge the whole time. We try not to use anyone else for our car buying needs. On top of that, we recently bought our son's vehicle from Lewis (and Chad). The service department has been top notch: very friendly, knowledgeable, and it's very easy to schedule. You can wait in the waiting room, which is very comfortable and has lots of snacks, or the shuttle can take you home. We have always had great results. That's another plus to buying from them!

  I had an EXCELLENT experience yesterday at Lewis with Colton helping me purchase my first Jeep! He was patient and answered all of my questions very thoroughly! From the moment we stepped out of our trade in until the moment we drove off in our brand new Jeep it was a better experience than we could have hoped for. They even had a room for the kids to hang out in! Highly recommend Colton, John, and then entire Lewis team for all of your vehicle needs (and wants)!

  (Update 4/14/2026) Thank you for your previous response. I am writing to follow up, as the actions we discussed have not yet taken place. Although I reached out to my sales representative and they coordinated a call from the sales manager, I have still not been contacted by the service department within the last 24 hours. I look forward to resolving these issues soon so that I may update my review rating accordingly. (4/13/2026) Original Review: Dear Lewis Dodge Jeep RAM Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I have received following the purchase of two new vehicles: a 2026 RAM 1500 and a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While the initial sales and price negotiations were positive, the subsequent service experience has been unacceptable. As part of the sale of the Grand Cherokee, your dealership agreed to install a trailer hitch and replace the broken windshield. On April 1, 2026, the vehicle was returned to me with significant damage, including interior and exterior scratches, broken exterior panels, and loose, ill-fitting parts. Additionally, the auto headlights no longer function, which I assume occurred during the glass replacement. It is now April 13, and I have been unable to obtain any information regarding the status of replacement parts or a plan to rectify these issues. I expected much better care for a brand-new $55,000 vehicle.
