  After visiting multiple Lexus dealerships in San Diego and calling multiple dealers both in California and out of state, we’re so glad we were able to close a deal with this dealership close to home. We visited this dealer at least 3 times before moving forward with the purchase, and each visit was consistent, professional, and never felt pressured. A huge thank you to Patty, the sales manager, who truly made this deal happen and worked with us to secure competitive pricing. Marco and Brian in sales were both incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk us through the vehicle and answer all of our questions without any pressure. We also worked with Dillon, who was very easy to communicate with, easygoing, fast and attentive on the day we signed the papers. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of made the entire process smooth and seamless for us. Lastly, Fernando in Finance, made everything straightforward. He was professional, informative, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Overall, the team went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you Lexus El Cajon!

  I’m Canadian Drove down in my amazing GX550. I needed a 20k service and so stopped here to get that done. Wow, they squeezed me in quickly. The dealership oozes goodness and service. Washed my vehicle, did all the work necessary. Thanks Jose, service rep and of course the mechanics.

  🚗 Exceptional Service from Brian at El Cajon Lexus! We recently bought a car from El Cajon Lexus, and we absolutely had to give a shout-out to Brian for his incredible help! We were on a tight schedule and needed to complete the entire process in time for school pickups. We mentioned this to Brian, and he didn't just acknowledge it—he went above and beyond to make it happen quickly and smoothly. Brian was extremely efficient and organized, ensuring every step moved along without unnecessary delays. The service he provided was truly top-notch, professional, and friendly throughout.He truly delivered, getting us out the door with our new car right on schedule.   Lexus El Cajon Management needs to get their act together to achieve "Great Customer Service Satisfaction." Shame on them. Why? I sent an email to Mr. Lefebvre, General Manager, on May 18, 2026 regarding my experience with their staff, and never got a response back. You do not ignore your customer. This is bad business! I don't think they even deserve a star. Here's my email. Dear Mr. Lefebvre, I am writing you a letter of protest regarding the service level that I received from your staff. As you can see below, I received an email from Mr.Turner on April 8th, welcoming me as a customer, and if I needed a hands-on demo simply reach out. I did on April 8th, via email but never heard back from Mr. Turner. When I saw Ms. Naba, my Sales rep on April 10th, she could care less and told me that he was busy. I was very disappointed with her answer. What she should have said was, I apologize but let me see what I can do. Don't you think that was better? Professional and friendlier, right? I felt like after my purchase, Ms. Naba didn't care at all. She was just after her profit and commission. Mr. Turner and Ms. Naba simply are not professionals. They lacked great customer service.   After suffering an ethically questionable bait and switch at El Cajon Lexus in the morning the afternoon buying a beautiful GX at Carlsbad Lexus was an amazingly positive experience! Everyone at the Carlsbad dealership was professional straightforward, transparent.... And a shout out to our salesperson.Alex who made us feel like we were buying the truck from a friend. One of the best car buying experiences i've had!
