The issue ended up being faulty sensors, and thankfully everything was covered under the Lexus warranty. The service team replaced the sensors, and my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup the very next day. I also want to recognize the young man who checked me in when I first brought the vehicle in. He was so patient and friendly, even though I know I can be very particular about my car. I'm extremely careful with my paint and specifically requested that my vehicle not go through a car wash because I only use touchless washes.
