“I recently brought my Lexus in for a recall and also because the rear tailgate wasn't closing properly. The issue ended up being faulty sensors, and thankfully everything was covered under the Lexus warranty. The gentleman who checked me out when I picked up my vehicle was also great to work with and made the process smooth and easy. I also want to recognize the young man who checked me in when I first brought the vehicle in. He was so patient and friendly, even though I know I can be very particular about my car. I'm extremely careful with my paint and specifically requested that my vehicle not go through a car wash because I only use touchless washes. Everyone listened to my concerns, respected my requests, and made me feel valued as a customer. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, and this team truly delivered.
