  I recently brought my Lexus in for a recall and also because the rear tailgate wasn't closing properly. The issue ended up being faulty sensors, and thankfully everything was covered under the Lexus warranty. The service team replaced the sensors, and my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup the very next day. I want to give a special thank you to everyone (Ryan and Mr Lopes) helped me throughout the process. The gentleman who assisted us during the repair was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The gentleman who checked me out when I picked up my vehicle was also great to work with and made the process smooth and easy. I also want to recognize the young man who checked me in when I first brought the vehicle in. He was so patient and friendly, even though I know I can be very particular about my car. I'm extremely careful with my paint and specifically requested that my vehicle not go through a car wash because I only use touchless washes. Everyone listened to my concerns, respected my requests, and made me feel valued as a customer. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, and this team truly delivered. Thank you all for your professionalism, attention to detail, and for taking such good care of both me and my vehicle. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding experience.

  From the time I got to Lexus Highland Park until my car was finished everyone was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. The persons who checked me I were efficient and had my information pulled up before I even turned off my car. The Service Associate Ryan was pleasant and informative about services that needed to be done. He is always friendly and treats me like family. Service was completed earlier than I expected. Car was returned to me look wonderful inside and out. I’m always happy to bring my car to Lexus of Highland Park because they always make me feel comfortable and taken care of, whether I wait for my car or get a courtesy car.

  I’ve been bringing my Lexus here for 9 years, and I continue to receive excellent customer service every visit. My recent service experience was no exception. Patrick, my service advisor, was transparent, considerate, and very professional throughout the entire process. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional, demonstrating deep knowledge of the cars we discussed. He truly listened to my needs and helped me make the best decision for my situation. The care didn't stop at the sale; my consultant took the time to personally walk me through the digital features and ensured I was fully set up before leaving the lot. I also had a seamless experience with the Business Manager. The business manager was personable and highly patient, handling the transaction with care and clarity.   I could go on for YEARS about my satisfaction with Lexus of Highland Park. From the sales associates, to the general manager, finance director, and service reps, I am just so glad that I found this dealer. I’ve had an exceptional experience across the board. I highly recommend looking at this location, even if you’re looking for a Toyota. Julio takes great care of great customers. I love my Toyota Highlander. I also love getting a Lexus loaner when I bring it in for service. They do not skimp on the details, making sure that you feel stress-free throughout the whole process.
