  Family owned business done right! My experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel exceeded every expectation.!! Karol R. made the entire car-buying process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He was incredibly attentive, answered all of my questions, paid attention to every detail, and had my vehicle ready when I arrived. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding. The dealership itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The customer lounge was fantastic, with attentive staff offering refreshments and delicious bakery treats while I waited. A special shoutout to Maurice in Finance as well. He made the negotiation and financing process seamless, straightforward, and easy to understand. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience.   We came in looking for a car but didn't know what to look for, Pasha was great from the service to purchasing. He guided us through every step of purchasing our new 2026 Rz custom made and he gave us great advice when it came to the electrical aspect of the car. I highly recommend going to this dealership one of the best experiences!

  This was probably one of the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Our salesman Michele Marchese was very knowledgeable, informative and laid back. I hate those high pressure salesmen. He made the whole process comfortable for myself and my son. Best of all we left with a Lexus IS 350, my son's dream car.
