  I live in the East mountains and the logistics of getting my jeep into the dealership to have them look at what was wrong with my suspension had me having to make plans well in adavance. I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance and was the only one on the calendar the person said. I explained that I had a friend flying in from town who would help drop it off on Thursday the 26th for my 7am appointment on the 27th. That gave them Friday and sat to work on it, at minimum diagnose it. On Friday I called and got the AI system that said it was being looked at and I would get an update. I sent a text as well. Saturday came and I called and again, got their AI system saying the same thing. I decided I better go down and find out what's going on. It's now Saturday and I have to take the vehicle because my extra driver flys home Monday. So I go into the service and the person is helping some women with her vehicle and says they will get right on it and she can wait there. Mind you, he never even acknowledged me or looked at me the entire time I stood there which was several minutes. For all I know he might not have been who I needed to talk to. When he was done with her he asked me what I needed and I asked about my jeep. I'm told no one had even looked at it yet. I had him bring it to me and all I got was a shrug and an apology. Had I been able to talk to a real person on Friday instead of the AI it might have gotten worked out but their technology advancement screwed me. That was my opportunity to have a jeep dealership look at it and have a driver to get me the 40 miles home. I had other places to go to but I went here and got screwed over. I even gave the services employee 2 weeks to make this right and the best I got was smoke blown up my butt. Take the risk if you want but be warned. This was an opportunity to gain a customer by providing decent service and they were given adequate time to fix the Jeep or fix this mistake but it's about numbers and not people for the

  Rogelio is a Fantastic Salesman! Sincere, knowledgeable, and not the least bit awkward like the previous two I dealt with somewhere else. Great follow through Rogelio! Sean came through and did the numbers stuff up pretty quick! I’m loving my “New to Me” F150! Mike in Santa Fe

  DON’T Trust the Service Dept. DON’T take your vehicle for repairs or they will fawk it up even more than what you took it in for. From multiple misfires, rust and corrosion in November to worsening in January, with a valve cover oil leakage after a head gasket replacement. No communication or complete diagnostic as promised multiple times from Brandon or Aaron since date of drop off on February 20, 2026 (vehicle still at LHM) as of this date, March 3, 2026. Loaner request has been denied multiple times as the wait list for the 10 loaners is at least 2 months out plus they have over 250 pending open repair orders. If you experience problems; get a second opinion, report it to customer care, document everything from calls, times, who you talk to and get all your paperwork trail together! Don’t let them fool you! You do not deserve to go thru the unnecessary hassle they put you through while keeping you out of work for weeks at a time! Someone needs to follow through and investigate this dealership especially if they are putting people back on the road over and over again with unsafe engine problems. I seriously feel bad for those individuals who are taken advantage of and taken for a ride. More than anything it’s the elderly I worry about and it’s people like this that don’t deserve a job especially if you can’t do your duties by providing good customer service! Your job is to help keep people safe with the upmost integrity, instead of the hassles, the runaround and causing many inconveniences while leaving people without a vehicle.   idk whose giving out these "courtesy cars" frm LH Miller but this guy in this hunter green santa cruz today july 6,2026 around 1030am /11am was running red lights at central and sunset was floring it to 80mph swerving around everyday commuters also USED THE ART LANE TO SWERVE AROUND ME bc going 50mph in a 45mph was much too slow for him. he did this all the way up central made a uturn at coors and turn south on 63rd. its crazy how peo0le who should not be driving are driving other peoples cars with their business slathered all over the vehicle....i thought it was a salesman frm the dealership at first. smdh scarey

  Jaclyn, Daniel and Mariah were very professional, knowledgeable and the most down to earth people we’ve ever dealt with. The process was mostly done remotely since I live 3 hours away, they had the vehicle ready for us, test drove it and left with a new car in less than an hour. Daniel went above and beyond on the financing and we left very happy! 10/10 experience and would highly recommend!
