  My experience with Larry H Miller Dodge RAM was through the service department. From the moment I walked in the door till the moment I left, I felt like I was an important part of their business. I broke down and needed a new water pump. I worked with Courtney throughout the entire process; She kept me up to date and informed of any changes in timing, cost, or new details, pertinent to my truck’s repair process. Courtney worked with my warranty company and got me up and running in no time. I am so thankful!! I was offered Uber services to get food or to shop while my vehicle was being serviced. They have free, hot chocolate, and coffee while you wait And very comfortable waiting areas with television and ample charging stations to keep your phone charged I am so grateful for how Courtney and her team worked with me while I was in the Denver area. I strongly suggest giving them a shot if you have any service needs

  I'm giving two stars as the gentleman I worked with was nice. I took my truck in for diagnostics as I was going to drive it to VA in two months and wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. I paid $225 for the detailed diagnostics. Nothing failed. It was recommended I do a transmission flush and sparkplugs. I left and within one hour, the truck would turn on but not shift into gear. I had to have the truck towed and found a local auto shop. They did a quick diagnostic of the fuses and determined the transmission control module was faulty. I feel like I spent $225 for nothing.

  I had an outstanding experience at the service department, thanks to Dulce. From the moment we started talking, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. What really stood out was her honesty and dedication to excellent customer service it never felt rushed or transactional. Dulce went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, and her positive attitude made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does. I highly recommend working with Dulce if you want top notch service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

  Solid service crew very guest centric and friendly. And that only shows due to how busy they are.And the amount of people they are helping at one time be patient with them as they don't forget about you, they probably just have twelve phone calls going in all at once but when they do get to you, they are the friendliest most kind hearted people. Service is a very hard industry and I give credit to the folks at this location as they help 5 diffrent variants in brands..5!.. and work 12 hour days 5 days a week. They work tirelessly to make sure our vehicles are operational. Don't bring your car to service if YOU cannot plan around how busy they are because of how many people trust them :)

  Just paid 5k to have radiator replaced, all the hoses, oil pump, flushed the engine only to have the truck overheat on the way home. Neighbor was able to tow it home so we didnt have to leave it in an usafe area. Opened the hood and found one of the hoses to the radiator not connected. I am waiting for a call for towing arrangements and information on how this is going to be made right. I will update my review and rating with the details of how the dealership treated us, fixed the issue and resolved any future worries we now have. UPDATE On my original call Thursday morning I was told a message was sent to the manager of the service department and never heard back. (Still) The reps answering your phones were quite unsympathetic and in no rush to help. I left work to go down in person at that point. Tyler the service person we were working with did text at 8:30/9:00 am. However I was already on my way. I the end.... the truck was towed in, it was fixed and everything was double checked. Jayson arranged for my husband to be picked up and get the truck. Some future state was discussed. Still smelling coolant tonight...hoping that is just residual. I am amending to 3 as it was not a good start but hopefully a decent finish.
