a month agoBrandon was great from the time I entered the building. I came in for an oil change and brakes but left with a new car. It was fast and smooth. By the time my car was done from what I came in for the whole car deal was completed. Thank you for the service Brandon Look forward to coming back to getting great service again.

4 weeks agoI have been a happy and loyal customer of this dealership for over 10 years. During that time, I’ve purchased multiple vehicles and referred numerous family members and friends because of the outstanding customer service and welcoming family atmosphere. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my opinion. I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. With less than 2,000 miles on it, the entire display screen stopped working, the odometer began flashing, and a safety warning light appeared that neither I nor the dealership had seen before. I understand that mechanical issues can happen with any vehicle, what has been most disappointing is how this situation has been handled. I wasn’t offered a loaner vehicle until four days later after being told none were available because there was a waiting list of 17 people. When I finally received one, it was a soft-top Jeep Wrangler, which is far from practical in Arizona’s 100-degree summer heat. Because of the loaner, I had to cancel my out of state travel plans. My vehicle remained at the dealership for more than two weeks. I already had concerns about taking it home, but I hoped the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately less than 30 minutes after picking it up while driving on Loop 303 another service warning appeared. The vehicle lost power to the point that pressing the accelerator to the floor barely allowed it to move. I now have to return my brand new vehicle to the dealership again, where I have been told there is no estimated repair date because additional parts need to be ordered. As a customer who has supported this dealership for more than a decade through multiple vehicle purchases and referrals, I expected far better service. Loyalty should mean something especially when a long time customer experiences a major issue with a brand new vehicle. I never imagined that purchasing a brand new vehicle would become such a frustrating and disappointing experience. Betwee

3 months agoI went to Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram fully committed to not buying a truck. This was a recon mission. A harmless little “let me test drive something so I can make a responsible decision in September like a functioning adult.” I even timed it 20 minutes before closing so nobody would try anything funny. In my mind, this was airtight. They only had a white Ram 1500 Warlock listed, which was perfect, because I don’t want a white truck. Easy in, easy out, no financial decisions, everyone wins. Enter the salesman. Gabriel... This man disappears for a minute and then casually pulls around the corner in a 2026 Ram 1500 Warlock that I’m pretty sure was built in a lab using my subconscious. Canyon Lake Green. Inline 6 Hurricane. The exact two things I wanted… which I never said out loud. At this point I have two working theories: 1. He can read minds 2. I’ve been selected for some kind of automotive-based social experiment Because there is absolutely no logical reason that the one truck I would impulsively buy six months early just materializes in front of me at 7:40 PM on a random day in March. Naturally, I bought it. Erik came in and sealed the deal after the hand-off from Gabriel. Since then, there have been… changes. I didn’t “consider” growing a mullet—I now have one. It’s not quite Jaromír Jágr, but it’s absolutely something that would make a Kentucky waterfall a little jealous. I’ve also developed a strong appreciation for gravel roads and caught myself reaching for a Miller High Life like it’s part of a personality I apparently misplaced years ago. It’s like this truck reinstalled my Pennsylvania operating system. And the truck itself? It’s confusing in the best way. One second it’s sleek and clean, the next it looks like it’s ready to go off-road, haul something questionable, and win a bar fight behind a Sheetz. I don’t understand how it’s elegant and aggressive at the same time, but it is—and I’m done asking questions. So yeah… great exper

6 months agoWe had a great experience from the sales person to all the back-and-forth conversations before we even got there had all the pricing settled. They went and picked up the car from another location for me so Josh and Raul in the sales department did a fantastic job. Manager has done extreme good follow up this morning making sure everything’s OK very pleased with our purchase at Larry Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep and I love my car. It’s almost exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t get exactly what I wanted because they don’t make it. But I know if they did get it for me these guys were fantastic. I highly recommend them.
