  I had a wonderful experience, everyone was very nice and understanding. I worked with Hussam he gave great advice, extremely patient, very informative and kind he was not rushing me, was able to answer all my questions and more. I had been to at least 5 different dealerships and not one of them gave the experience or transparency LHM gave. The finance manager, general manager & sales we all fantastic. There were a few things we noticed before the sale and they were able to assure me they could take care of it and have already done 1/2 of what they promised we are waiting on parts for the rest. I had to go in and resign which i was nervous about and for these minor inconveniences they accomodated perfectly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and %100 recommend purchasing from them. Kudos to the entire team and staff. Very appreciated. 💯☺️👌🚙

  Recently purchased a 25 Jeep Gladiator from these folks. Everyone was super respectful, and kind. My sales rep Nico and financial guy Elvis.stayed late to get the deal done. The jeep needed some minor issues addressed before I drove off the lot, and they gave me a loaner from the sales inventory while they got my jeep ready. Overall I'm super impressed and would recommend buying from this dealership along with financing through stellantis. My Rubicon is nice.

  We were looking for a jeep and we ended up with a Gladiator. What a beautiful vehicle! We had a couple of gentlemen help us with the paperwork, but only one gentleman that was with us most of the day and took us for a ride and talked to us for a while. We were blessed to try the district managers, hot dogs, and unbelievable hamburgers with Fried onions that was out of this world. He was such a nice gentleman. He also spent time with us and let us spend some time with his pup.

  I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Larry H Miller Casa Jeep back in 2021. Over the last 5 years I have been a loyal customer. I think I have had 22 oil changes there as well as other rutine maintenance. I have also experienced several service manager and general manager changes. What I find troubling now is that the technician doing the oil changes gets paid a commission to upsell services. In most dealerships the best technicians are not the ones doing oil changes. That job is usually performed by the most inexperienced technician. Recently I was told that I needed a front end alignment for $150. I don't know why I was told that. I wasn't experiancing any problem with the way the vehicle was steering and my tires were not showing any sign of wear. I think I was being scammed. I guess that is the price that you pay for your $30 oil change. To make matters worse I called the new service manager Corey Reeves twice to discuss a rough idle problem I am experiencing. For whatever reason Corey never returned my calls. I have never experienced a car dealership where the service manager wouldn't return a customer's phone call to discuss an issue. After 5 years of being a loyal customer I am going looking for a new place to take my vehicle for service. I'm not sure what is going on at Larry H Miller Casa Chrysler Jeep but the last time I was in the dealership for an oil change I noticed that the service department was unusually slow and all the service writers were new faces.
