  We stopped in just to compare and test, we ended getting our new mini van with great deal on our trade-in! I am sad to trade in my Flex but with a growing family we needed more room! We had amazing salesman and sales manger help us get into our new mini! Thanks Larry!

  Got a call from Connor to come see a used truck. It was a high quality trade-in but not exactly what I was looking for. After listening to me and my wife about what we wanted, he showed us several truck options. He presented discounts and options very professionally and did not rush or pressure us even though it was 30 mins past their scheduled closing time. When we asked to compare 3 vehicles side by side, Connor wasted no time getting the keys and bringing them to the front under the lights for us to compare. The manager Kyle allowed us to take the vehicle home with no pressure or commitment. Then next day in the sunlight, we fell in love with the 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel in Forged Blue Metallic and all the options it has. Kyle and Jaxson, sales managers, spoke to me about my trade-in and gave me a very realistic and agreeable value for my car. They then understood my payment requirements and met that number the first time. All this time, Connor was preparing Gregg in finance to ensure I spent as much time as needed and not any more than necessary. Gregg was timely and provided additional options for Extended Service contract with options I needed and didn’t need. This was the BEST buying experience I have ever had in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. I was treated like a human and not a customer that they will forget in 5 days after I leave.   I had an absolutely great experience purchasing my truck! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Jessie, my sales associate, was amazing to work with. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision without any pressure. He really went above and beyond. Greg in finance made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and worked hard to get me great terms. I truly appreciated how transparent and efficient he was. And a big thank you to Jaxon, the sales manager, for making everything come together seamlessly. You can tell he runs a solid team and truly cares about the customer experience. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Jessie, Greg, and Jaxon.   Beware of the finance department. I was told my APR would be lower and that it would even drop a point by going with Globe. That was completely untrue. They pulled a fast one—AFCU had me approved at 3.9%, and they more than doubled that rate without being upfront about it. Don’t let the finance team convince you they can “do better” with another lender. In my experience, it was nothing but misleading and dishonest. On top of that, the letter I received about their Dodge Anti-Theft Program claimed it was “complementary”—not complimentary—yet they tried to charge me a $250 one-time fee for something that was supposed to be included for the life of my ownership. Overall, the lack of transparency and misleading information was extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t trust their financing process again.
