  Stopped by Liberty Jeep in Rapid City while traveling across states, and honestly the team here was incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and quick to help even though I was just passing through on the road. Traveling long-distance with pets and life packed in a Jeep can be stressful, but they made things feel easier and lighter for a moment. Really appreciated the good energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Thank you guys so much!

  My purchasing experience at Liberty was excellent! The salesman, Abbian (Abe) Kaniecki made me feel like a priority. He found me wandering the parking lot and made himself available to answer questions. He was not pushy but he was persuasive. In a good way. My dealings with the finance department also went very well. I ended up with the vehicle I wanted! Thank you, Liberty Chrysler, Jeep, and Fiat.

  Traveling through the Black Hills recently and had issues with our Jeep. The service department was excellent. Chris took great care of us. Her customer service, communication and follow up was top notch. We appreciated the service technician, Mike. He made a proper diagnosis then followed up with a video text to explain everything. The next day we received a phone call from Lauren to make sure all was going well for us. We highly recommend the Liberty Jeep service department in Rapid City, SD.

  Took my 300 to this shop. Like many people, I hate taking my vehicles to dealerships for repairs because it seems like the prices are always insane. Like 800$ for 6 spark plugs, etc. Well our car is at 210k miles now, never had any issues because for the first time in our lives we can spare pretty large sums of cash and this particular repair I can not do at my shop without a lift. They quoted us 3600 for everything recommended and after going through the list and taking away things I have done we stuck with the big repairs like leaking rear main seal, oil cooler leak and the ZF transmission pan replacement (filter built in to pan) and a trans service. They completed the repairs, all in 1 day and it was cheaper then quoted. They also started the whole process with sending me a video of a walk through of recommended repairs in real time so you can see the issues vs. Just trusting random people you dont know. Im pleasantly surprised at the customer service Tristan provided and the professionalism of the whole shop. I may not be a trusting customer but I can confidently say these guys deserve more credit then I would give any other shop around and the tech, Chase, did a very thorough job and was very efficient and clean. Im impressed guys. Keep it up.

  Liberty Motors has had our business for the last two years when we moved to the Hills. We found our car guy when we met Michael Manning! He is a genuine, kind, hard-working young man who works hard for you! Liberty made the process easy and fast. I will go back again and again!
