  We had an amazing experience at this dealership and purchased a car here today. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was comfortable and stress-free, which made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Sean Wyatt, who helped us throughout everything. He was extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deal. He answered all of our questions, made us feel confident in our decision, and never made us feel pressured at any point. The customer service here was honestly outstanding, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about their customers. We’re very happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

  Liberty Auto City also sells Subaru. I live in Arlington Heights, but drive to Libertyville for all my car needs. There are several Subaru dealerships closer, but Liberty has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever seen and I was in the car business for 42 years. Their pricing is always fair and they treat people respectfully. Since I’ve retired I’ve bought 6 Subarus for myself and family and have steered several friends their way. They are all grateful. By the way - every Liberty is fornunate to have Charles Perchak as a long time employee. He’s the most caring, friendly car “salesman” you never knew could exist!

  We had a great experience working with Nate Kalisik at this dealership! He was down-to-earth, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and we never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Nate was willing to answer all of our questions, worked with us to find the right vehicle, and made the buying process simple and stress-free. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help really stood out.   I recently bought a Jeep Compass from here Mike was my salesman and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit for me. We spoke several times before I made the hour drive to get there and I have to say I was so pleased when I saw my brand new Compass Limited. Not only did he meet my expectations his customer service and kindness above and beyond. Moving to finance Miguel was energetic down to earth and made the process very simple and in a much appreciated time frame. Everything was detailed and simple and his kindness was amazing he made me feel at ease. Last but not least Charles whom I’ve purchased two Subaru from in the past came over said hello and he literally is such a kind caring person. I am beyond pleased with the service I received I love my new jeep and will continue doing business with these amazing people. 5 stars and then some

  The sales team over there are a great group of guys. I worked with Chris Mitchell and he made sure I got the best deal on a lease. The GM Joe and Austin were very nice to work with as well. Liberty has the best deals by far compared to other dealers in the area.
