  My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles to Volkswagen of Libertyville for many years, and Brandon has always been the service advisor we trust. In today’s world, it can be difficult to find someone who is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about customers, but Brandon is exactly that person. He always provides honest recommendations and fair estimates without trying to sell services that aren’t truly needed. We know that when Brandon is helping us, we can trust that we’re getting straightforward and reliable advice. One experience that really stands out happened when my wedding ring slipped under the seat of my vehicle. After trying for almost two weeks to retrieve it myself, I asked Brandon if he could help. He took the time to look for it and was able to find it for me. I will never forget that kindness. Brandon consistently treats customers with respect, professionalism, and integrity.   What can I say about Tom Sullivan? He is an amazing professional with incredible knowledge and always takes the time to answer any questions.   Lucas & the entire team was great to work with, thank you! Quick to respond, attentive to my needs and very helpful throughout. The finance department made buying a car easy. This is the least amount of time I’ve spent at a dealership and walked out as happy as can be. Give them a call and see what they can do for you.

  Felt like I got a good trade-in value for my existing car. Quote for the new car included no BS add-on charges. Lucas was straightforward and seemed trustworthy. I would definitely do business with him again and highly recommend him to anybody else
