  Great overall experience from start to finish. Anthony was 1st rate, he understood our wishes and met them head on, delivering exactly what we asked for with no hidden fees. Ben, facilitated the sale and made sure we had what we needed, and Marcelo completed the financial portion in record time. The whole experience took about 2hrs. I would definitely come back again.   My daughter purchased a Volvo C40 at the end of September. The sales experience was great and I knew when it was time to purchase my own Volvo that I would return to Lindsay.   My service experience at Lindsay Volvo of Alexandria was excellent. I was able to drop my vehicle off and was provided with shuttle service back home, and a return trip to pick up my vehicle. My service representative, David Bell, was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience and kept me updated on the services being performed, and the service was done swiftly.   We bought a used car today from Scott at Lindsay Volvo Cars of Alexandria and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scott was incredibly quick, responsive, and helpful over email, which made the whole process easy and stress-free before we even arrived at the dealership. When we got there, the car was already pulled out and ready for us. It looked immaculate and even smelled great inside. Scott trusted us with an unescorted test drive, which we really appreciated, and he was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He gave us a very fair price and walked us through all the paperwork without rushing us. Overall, it was one of the most positive car-buying experiences we’ve had.
